History

Established in 2013.

Dr. Leslie Sims, MSPH, MD, FAAO, is a board-​certified Las Vegas opthalmologist and the Founder of The Sims Center LV, serving the needs of Las Vegas, NV oculoplastic surgery patients. She specializes in oculoplastic (eyelid) surgery and has been named one of the Top Doctors in Las Vegas in Desert Companion magazine. Dr. Sims was nominated by her colleagues which makes this recognition especially prestigious and rewarding.

Dr. Sims completed her undergraduate education at Harvard University and completed her Doctor of Medicine (MD) at the Yale University School of Medicine, where she was recipient of research awards and was a Class Marshall. She also received her Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Public Health, Chapel Hill, NC. Her residency was completed at the University of South Florida School of Medicine and her internship at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York.
