World Pastry Champion Chris Hanmer is the success behind The School of Pastry Design. You may have seen him on The Food Network creating mind-​blowing creations out of chocolate and sugar, which comes from total dedication and devotion to the pastry arts.
I have been fortunate enough to work with and take sugar classes with Chris, and I can tell you firsthand that not only is he a very talented individual, but he is also a great educator and is very passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience.
If you are a novice interested in desserts, chocolates, cake decorating, or even in the Pastry profession looking to advance your skills in sugar and/​or chocolate showpieces, or pastry competition, definitely check this place out… ALOHA!!!
