BEST ICE CREAM ON THIS ENTIRE PLANET!!! I could go on and on and on with a 5 star review but I’d be here all night, so I’m just gonna say that they best ice cream you’ll ever taste… you have to go you won’t regret it! Everything made fresh in store… And, I’ve recently went vegan and they have AMAZING VEGAN ice cream (made with almond milk)
Also open super late so you’ll never miss out on a craving

I came here one night with the girlfriend because I was craving some good ice cream. I went on Unilocal to double check the location and I came across a picture of the Cookie Monster flavor ice cream and I had to try it. Ashton was great and helped us out by making great suggestions on flavors to try for the GF and I ordered my Cookie Monster. This stuff was GOOD! ordered a couple home made chocolate chip cookies to go with it. FatThis place is open late and great location right off the 215 and jones. Love this place

They have little kids running this store that offers the worst customer service. I do not recommend this place at all. It sucks because I really use to like this place. But now its just declining in service and the place is so dirty. Also, they may get occasional plastic in their ice cream as it is found to be normal according to the server. So good luck if you do plan on wasting your money here.

One star. And here are my 3 simple and valid reasons:
1. Customer service is basically non existent (in my opinion) The employee who was taking my order was extremely rude.
2. My sister found a sharp piece of PLASTIC inside her ice cream.
3. When we approached the employee about this HEALTH HAZARD, they told us that it’s just a piece of the container that the ice cream is in and that it is NORMAL…
Well…My family and I definitely did not agree that it’s normal. The lack of cleanliness and customer service was just flat out unacceptable. Rest assured, we will not be going back. If you plan on visiting, BEWARE of possible objects found in your dessert and do not be surprised on the lack of customer service.

My friends and I came here finally a few days ago, and this is my new favorite spot. The vegan options were really good, and the employees were awesome. (im bad with names). Good experience, definitely coming back.

Its suppose to be zero star, not one. This used to be the neighborhood family friendly desert places to go to but lately, the employee’s customer service has deteriorated. The place is not as clean as it used to be. The quality of their desserts are not as good as before.
Check out other dessert places instead. I do not recommend this place anymore.

This family owned boba/​ice cream shop has a unique variety of ice cream flavors. From lychee, green tea, hoikaddo milk tea, to cookie monster to reese peanut butter. They are all good! The staff is very friendly. I love their waffle cone is made fresh & super crispy! I can’t wait to come back to Vegas to try more flavors!

Delicious homemade icecream and yummy chocolate chip cookies! They evev have Vegan cookies.
I love the unique flavors they offer too like taro/​ube, thai tea, green tea and all that jazz.

My friend and I had never been there before so since we were the only ones there, we took our time looking at the different flavors. There was a sign for «Cookie Peanut Butter» so I asked to try it and both workers were so confused and had never even heard of Cookie Peanut Butter. The guy literally had to come out from behind the counter to see what I was looking at and yes — it did say Cookie Peanut Butter but no they didn’t have that flavor. So I asked to try the Cookie Butter instead, but again they were out. So I decided to get something pretty simple, a Chocolate Chip Cookie ice cream sandwich — oh but wait, they didn’t even have the chocolate chip cookies! So after all my frustration, I was over it and decided to just get one scoop of strawberry.
Overall, the shop felt dirty and the workers seemed like they had no idea what was going on. So I won’t be going back. Giving them two stars because at least the one scoop of ice cream I did have was good.

Yeah definitely obsessed!
They have so many great vegan options and the texture of the ice cream is so creamy that you wouldn’t even know it’s dairy free! Can we talk about the Cinnamon Toast Crunch MACAROONS! #GameChannger You MUST go now!!!

Loved this place! I had a captain crunch macaroon and it tasted exactly like the cereal! It was the best macaroon I have ever had. I then had fruity pebbles and cookie monster ice cream in the middle. The cookie monster ice cream was just ok but omg the fruity pebbles was amazing! As you can tell I’m a cereal as dessert lover so I really enjoyed this. I will be back to have this again!

So let’s begin with why such a huge difference from my last few visits…
Well for every time they were out of something and got something wrong… or argued with me…-1 star…
— 1 star for being out of chocolate peanut butter and not knowing it and giving me coffee instead
— 1 star for being out of Reese’s peanut butter and not knowing it and giving me cinnamon toast
–1 star for not having any napkins and not even offering an apology after giving me a dirty cup covered in ice cream
–1 star for messing up my order 3 times and not apologizing
–1 star for arguing with me that they gave me peanut butter when the ice cream was clearly cinnamon toast twice!
–1 star for the really skinny middle Eastern girl with the INCH long purple nails that contaminated an ice cream by scooping 2 different flavors with the same scoop…
Uuummmm…u guys getting my drift why the one star review? Because by my count they should be at –6 stars… But since the lowest I can give them is 1 star… That’s why the 1 star review.
About 2 minutes after I walked in, a family of 5 walked in… But u know… U kind of have to finish with the customer on hand (me) before going to the next customer. She wasn’t even done taking my order and she was talking to the family and taking their orders. I mean really? So if I come in with a bigger family then just one person… Then I get to skip to the front of the line? I don’t think that’s how it works.
And honestly… This is their second location… So… They couldn’t call the other location and borrow some napkins?
I understand that a place can run out of different flavors BUT not knowing that u are out and giving a customer the wrong flavor??? What happens if I have an allergy to something that they gave me… Come on know your flavors and know what u have on hand!
With Gelatology so close… I think I’m going to bypass this joint from now on for the more consistent and better service and better flavors at Gelatology…

I love their variety of house-​made ice cream flavors (lychee, black sesame, and cookie monster are favorites!) and the fact that they offer vegan options. Add in that they’re one of the few spots you can get a macaron ice cream sandwich, and they sell boba (not too popular this side of town), they’re set up for success!
Unfortunately, this location has quality issues– lots of great flavors but an awkward consistency for the ice creams, closer to that of a frozen yogurt. This may be due to the freezers being kept at the wrong temperature, given that orders were half-​melted upon receipt. My mac sandos were sloppy, not at all IG worthy… taste was good though.
Staffing one lone employee for the entire shop is a recipe for disaster. In addition to melting ice creams, boba was overcooked and half the macaron options on display were out of stock.

This review is strictly on their boba drinks. I have not tried their ice cream products yet (except for the samples which are fantastic).
Pros:
Cheap– it’s not more than $ 2.00.
Hours– they are open late.
Service– the girls are very friendly and conversational. Even though I almost always see them working alone.
Cons:
The boba drink itself is a 3.5÷5. For the taro they just use the taro mix and the boba isn’t that great. It actually tastes kinda cheap but it’s edible.

Giving it 3 stars cause the ice cream was good, but the service was horrible! They had a variety of flavors that I wanted to try, but every time I asked for a flavor the guy would go on his phone trying to find the perfect song for it to be played throughout the shop. Which btw, he played slow, sappy love songs. Anywho, he was not attentive as if he didn’t want to be there.
Tried the fruity pebble macaron with Fruity Pebble ice cream, and that was delicious! Macaron was crunchy, but still had a soft interior, and the ice cream tasted like the cereal. Not sweet at all.
Hopefully service next time will be a lot better, cause there’s a lot more flavors I would love to try.

Located on South Jones and similarly presented as The Perfect Scoop & Boba Tea on Fort Apache it was late Saturday evening that I entered the small homemade ice cream shop where two young Asian men were head-​bobbing along to EDM while Animé played on an LCD behind the counter and perusing the cases containing 31 flavors including several Vegan-​Friendly one could not help but smile at the creativity, a half-​dozen samples speaking to flavors both familiar and novel amidst a somewhat overly sweetened base.
Popular with locals leaving a nearby Thai spot and Soho Japanese, both parties in line before me obviously regulars, it was after a bit of sampling that two selections proved more compelling than the others and told that baked goods are made in house «once or twice daily, as necessary» one could not help but opine for variety, the only flaw found in chocolate chip cookies that had started to turn stale.
Featuring several types of cones plus cups, brownies, coffees and teas it was with items packed in plastic clamshells that I made my way to a small table at the right of the building and although the semi-​soft ice cream had already started to permeate the cookies as they were removed from the containers the aforementioned bronzed rounds sandwiching creamy caramel tones of Snickers were still almost tooth-​chipping, a bit of a disappointment though the ice cream itself was actually quite pleasant.
Moving onto bigger and better, the $ 5.99 Macaron Sandwich featuring two sizable French cookies wrapped around a hefty scoop of milky oolong that ate like semifreddo or frozen pudding, some may find it strange to think that the dainty almond flour base could stand up to something moist while still maintaining its texture, yet defying the odds aside from the part actually touching the ice cream the crisp snap of the shell nonetheless gave way to a pillowy melting crumb, the Oreo a spot on rendition of the classic while the purple potato’s savory notes pleasantly complimented tea flavor.
*** A bit precious in pricing when compared to places like Gelatology or artisans elsewhere that actually make their own base, there is no doubt Scoop and its Perfect Scoop sibling are turning out a good product for those craving something different and a earlier visit in the day may be warranted to give the cookies a second chance.
RECOMMENDED: Taro Macaron, Hokkaido Milk Tea Ice Cream.

If you like great ice cream this is the place. If you love boba come here. If you like ice-​cream. They have Hella flavors and the service is great. they also have great vegan Flavors. Come HERE.

Third time going here. I think the gentleman serving us was new. He was a slender white dude. This is the best Thai slush i have ever had. The other guy wasnt really doing anything. Maybe could have been cleaning off the tables. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is I would like to see the shop a little cleaner. The displays are kind of dusty and the tables and floor have crumbs all over.

I was greeted with cozy warmth when I entered this ice cream shop. Of course, that meant that the ice cream wasn’t as solidly frozen as I like my ice cream to be, but it was so cold outside, I was more than willing to exchange a warm place to sit down over solid ice cream. Besides, the ice cream was still yummy. No love was lost.
The selection of dessert items here is huge. This place sells anything from boba to coffee and ice cream. If I had to compare the taste between Gelatology and Scoop ice cream, I’d say Scoop ice cream tends to have a stronger distinct flavor, whereas Gelatology tends to play more with the undertones of each flavor. As different as they are, I love both.
The staff here are very welcoming and informative. They offered to let me try as many flavors as I wanted to (they have so many!) and were efficient in processing my order.
I paid just around $ 4 for a huge scoop of delicious Thai Tea ice cream, and the rest of the menu items seem reasonably priced, as well. The prices are so worth it!
The best thing is that this place is open until late at night. Definitely a good place to satisfy late-​night cravings!

I have come back to this place at LEAST 5 – 6 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they do not have Vegan Ice cream flavors. I used to REALLY like this place but this has happened 1 too many times and aside from that this place has gone downhill as far as cleanliness goes it is GROSS. the display cases are all grimy and it smells like they mopped with a dirty rag. I will not be coming back here. What a disappointment. :(

Came here for quick snack for lunch few min before open. No one there probably too early for drink or ice cream.
One guy came out from back greet us n told us boba is not ready n went back. Then other worker with no greeting or smile. It look like we interrupt her from sleep. She even move and speak like she just woke up.
There are many different type of flavors but l only try 2 flavors black sesame and pistachio. They both very sweet.
Utensils one side n napkins on other side. Waste basket is full with used spoons. Not many table inside and the table are small that fit 3 people max. Its make me feel like they doesn’t want you to stay there long. It wouldn’t be good place to do your work.

I have really seen the quality of their service and product go down TREMENDOUSLY. First of all, they didn’t have any of the teas in stock. I finally settled on a green tea latte, and they didn’t even have the vanilla powder, so I skipped that. I was made a peppermint latte that I would give 2.5 stars.
The other thing is that the service is quite terrible. It’s always a bunch of young kids running the place with absolutely no professionalism. They are a bunch of air heads. I wouldn’t say so much rude but I still find it disrespectful when I am asking questions and the next person relays that question and they just really have no idea what’s going on. They also forgot to put the lights on and one of the girls wanted for it to remain off.
I love supporting a local spot that’s so cute and fun, but I doubt they will ever get a dollar out of me again. Such a shame seeing a good business go to waste.

Pros
Service: The girl taking and fulfilling my order was super nice and welcoming.
Macaron Shells: The macaron shell was chewy and crunchy on the outside which tasted great.
Cons:
Thai Tea Ice Cream: There was no taste of Thai tea in the ice cream and it was heavier on the sugary side. I’ve had Thai tea ice cream from many other places and unfortunatly this one was the worst. I was also disappointed on how the ice cream was served since it was dripping all over my hands while I was consuming the sandwich. Not sure if their freezer was broken, but the ice cream became soup within in minutes.

We’ve been here before for the ice cream & macarons but I wanted to write a review for their boba drinks today.
One thing that never changes when we’re here is the customer service. They never greet you once you walk through the door or smile or anything.
On to the drinks, I got my usual milk tea with boba (first time at this location) & I really didn’t like it because it was the dirtiest milk tea I’ve ever had. The leaves were floating around everywhere & it would get stuck in my mouth & throat if it didn’t go down at the same time with the drink (I will include a pic of what I’m talking about). My boyfriend said his green tea slush with rainbow jelly was alright. My cousin said his coconut slush with rainbow jelly was good.
They forgot my little brother’s ice cream order & we waited about 10 – 15 mins but at least they were nice about it & apologized for forgetting.
Overview: not so great customer service, okay drinks, great prices (crazy cheap $ 2.50 for a regular & $ 3.50 for a large or what they call «super») we got a regular in the picture so you can decide for yourself if you think that’s a great price for that size or not.

My daughter is obsessed with French macaroons so while on vacation in Las Vegas she just had to go to the perfect place, The Perfect Scoop was everything she was expecting. We drove over 500 miles and was not disappointed. (That wasn’t the only reason we came here) ;) She had fruity pebbles macaroon and matching ice cream! Yum! And the owner and staff were so nice!

I came here two different times and had vastly different experiences based on who was working. The first time, a young man was skimpy with the toppings and fudge sauce on the sundae. The affogato had 1 scoop of ice cream. Second time, the owner was there. What a difference. The affogato came with 2 scoops, which is a lot more reasonable for close to $ 5. This time, I had a hot taro milk tea with boba and it was the best drink I’ve had in a really long time. Delicious!
The inside of the shop is very cute with a chalkboard wall and a puzzle wall. They had Black Butler playing on TV and a good amount of board games to play.
PROS — open late, creative menu items, great prices for drinks, lots of non-​dairy vegan options + more coming. The owner said that now that it is winter, he has more time to experiment. Coming soon: cookie dough vegan ice cream?!

So here’s the deal. I love SCOOP. I frequent there, sometimes twice a day. The price? Amazing. The drinks? Bomb af. The service? Questionable.
Here’s a super sweet vegan dude that I always chat with that works days that’s super cool, but everyone else is hella sassy (and usually slow).
I will never stop going just because of service, but Mr. Scoop, if you’re reading this, please keep the following in mind:
–blasting an animé movie and hip hop gives me an anxiety attack, I don’t mind one or the other, but when they are both blaring at like 20 megawatts and the phone is ringing I have to pop a Xanax or two just to wait for my super yummy boba tea.
–the chalk board wall is pretty much disgusting
–I love you.

I only gave them 3 stars because I come 2 – 3 times a month at the minimum and lately, there has been a girl working there during the day that is unpleasant and could care less about service. I don’t like feeling bothered when asking for something. When I went there on Monday however, I only got half of a macaroon that I ordered and two of the three drinks weren’t sealed on top. She told us one of them was «leaking» which I thought was annoying and she could have resealed it. If she doesn’t want to be there, perhaps she could work somewhere else as it has tainted our always pleasurable experience there.

This little gem of a homemade ice cream shop was amazing!
I had their ice cream sandwich aka «sammich» with vegan vanilla ice cream and whoa! I loved the homemade options from donuts to cookies to scoops to cones!
The vibe in the whole place was hip and hipster and the only thing missing was a whole lot of searing for peeps.

Wow. I can’t believe I’ve never been here. This place is amazing. Like better than volcano and kungfu tea. They’re not as popular because of the location and the area near here isn’t developed yet. I got their red bean milk tea, which no one else has and it is amazing. I went to heaven and God told me to come back and leave them a review on Unilocal.Lol I may be exaggerating a little bit but it was pretty damn good.
Definitely recommend to everyone to at least try it.
I got this regular size (which is like 24oz WHICH IS A VENTI AT STARBZ) and it was only $ 2.50 –_​_​– I’m like AND ITS CHEAP?
I was a bit skeptical when I first came here but definitely not the last time I’m coming here.
We also got their macaroons, it was really good. We wolfed it down so fast it’s ridic.

I remember coming here for the first time and they ran out of macarons for the ice cream sandwich and I was so disappointed. Lately though, they always have it! You can call ahead just to make sure. They’re coming out with more flavors for the cookies and the ice cream flavors are also always changing. They’re consistently delicious. I wish this was closer to my home coz sometimes you just need a macaron ice cream sandwich to make your day!

I only come here for their Black Sesame ice cream, that’s it. Never really bothered to try the other flavors but I’ll be sure to try them out someday.
Knocked down a star since it smells like chlorine (or a dirty bathroom) every time we walk in. And the décor? Cluttered like a preschool. Not pleasing to the eye but their Black Sesame ice cream doesn’t disappoint. (Need I say more?)
Service can be a hit or miss. They seem to try on certain days but let’s be real– You come here for the ice cream while disregarding everything else.

Stopped in around 2:30 on a Friday, and despite the wait (around 10−15min total to order and get my food) it was delicious.
Ordered the cookies n cream with chocolate macaroon, and Thai boba tea. The ice cream was great, can’t beat that it’s homemade! Not enough cookies in my opinion, though. Macaroon was perfect with it, nice & gooey/​chewy :) I love trying new flavors and foods, but when it comes to ice cream I have to order cookies n cream. Having said that, I do want to try their other flavors like honeydew ice cream, or, dare I say it, their durian!
for their drinks, I love that this place has custom sweetness levels (got mine at 50% or half the usual amount of sugar), and the boba was good too. The milk tea is brewed on site & delicious. Like it actually tasted like freshly brewed tea. Also, even without my $ 1 off via Unilocal,the drink price of $ 2.22 is pretty amazingly low.
There are two downsides — one was that there was only one employee in there, so one guy had to take orders and make all the food/​drinks. The party in front of me ordered three milkshakes, so that took awhile to make. The second is that they don’t have a Henderson location… Please come to Henderson!
Anyways, I’m definitely coming back!

Well. HAVE NO FEAR because THE PERFECT SCOOP is here.
This is every ice cream and macaroon fanatic’s dream. They have macaroons varying from vanilla, taro, red velvet, chocolate, and matcha. They also have a wide variety of ice cream. The ones that stick to mind is the green tea, Thai tea, and strawberry cheesecake. This dessert can get messy so I’m thankful they serve it in a huge white cup. You can also get your typical boba flavors along with individual macaroons.
The place itself is pretty quirky. They have a huge wall that’s painted with that chalkboard paint so feel free to draw and get creative. There’s also another wall that has many completed jigsaw puzzles glued on there. It’s actually quite neat! And of course, what Asian dessert place wouldn’t have some board games? Me and my boyfriend played 3 – 4 quick rounds of Connect-​4 while waiting for our macaroon sandwiches to be assembled.
All in all, I’m returning back. I mean I still have a ton of flavor combinations I gotta try out!

I stopped in here with some friends, they got some milk teas with bobas, but I tried their White Chocolate Macadamia ice cream. I wanted it on a regular cone, but they did not have any left, and were not planning to make anymore until later, so I settled for a simple cup.
On a good note, although I was bummed about the cone, the ice cream was quite good. It was exceptionally creamy with a strong, in a good way white chocolate flavor. The macadamias in the ice creamy were crunchy and flavorful. There was a good amount of them in the ice cream, but more would of been better. Very good ice cream.
Both my friends enjoyed their milk teas very much and have become regulars here. Service was pleasant and friendly, but I wish they would make an effort to keep those cones in stock.
