History

Established in 1991.

My father received his real estate license in September of 1991 and joined Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS. He and my mother worked side by side in helping clients with their real estate needs & growing their business. He excelled in real estate and received numerous awards throughout the past 21 years as a top real estate agent with Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS. He is recognized throughout the Las Vegas real estate industry as a legend. His love for marketing, sales and people made this an enjoyable business opportunity… he never considered it as a job. My father passed away in 2012. My mom, sister & I are continuing his legacy. We love our community and continue to help an abundance of people with their real estate needs throughout the Las Vegas & Henderson communities. In April 2014, Prudential Americana Group became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. We are consistently being ranked in the top 10 Real Estate Agents with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

Extensive background in listing and selling homes in the Las Vegas & Henderson areas — bank owned homes (REO properties) — REO Default Certified Professional, foreclosures, short sales (certified short sale representative), luxury homes, High Rises, Commercial RE, etc. There is a lot more to selling and buying a home than the sale itself. Attention to detail from start to finish. From securing the right financing, if necessary, to the close of escrow. I am here for all of your real estate needs.
