Meet the Business Owner

Molly M.

Business Owner

Owner of The Food Connection. Molly has been on the faculty at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas since 1999. She also provides consulting services for organizations such as Barbara Greenspun WomensCare, Southern Nevada Health District, InHouse Physicians, Families for Effective Autism Treatment, and the Clark County School District. Molly holds the Certificate of Training in both Adult and Child Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has a degree in Nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University and an undergraduate degree in Theatre from Ithaca College.
