Preston Rezaee Esq. is a personal injury attorney and the founder of The Firm. The Firm is a Las Vegas focused law firm that specializes in traumatic brain injury and car accidents.

Preston began his career working with two very influential law forms with a strong local and national presence. The firm also focused on international law. He then worked with the Nevada Attorney General’s Office gaining strong insight and connections within the Nevada and Las Vegas communities. And to further strengthen his experience and connections, Preston Rezaee esq. worked as a judicial clerk for judges of the Eighth District Court in Las Vegas.

Preston Rezaee is an assertive and skilled Las Vegas attorney who is ardent about providing people with the the best possible representation. Terrible service they don’t call insurance, towing or clients
Our case last 2 years when the other person’ s foult
We contacted lawyer and did nothing
We have a bill of towing never taken care even telling them several times
They don’t care about clients
Receptionist very nice person
People inside really rude at talking with you about concerns or questions
Don’t even try here we are not satisfied

I like Preston whom is the lawyer of The Firm. He is great and explains everything with care. The only issue I have is with his paralegal Jacqueline. She does not call you back and when you do speak with her she just tells you what she wants you to hear and then rushes you off the phone and you won’t hear back from her unless you call back at some point In time it’s frustrating. I recommend not to deal with her she doesn’t really stay on stop of your case. However Preston is great. I recommend The Firm and Preston and rest of staff.

Wow, where do I begin? I was recommended to the Firm by a close friend. At first I was skeptical because I’ve never heard of them. Unlike the clowns that have 50+ commercials per day on TV, the Firm reached its success by word of mouth and their outstanding concern for their clients. Not only did they notify me on everything, but I received an email on all correspondence they sent or received pertaining to my case. THEY ARE BEYOND AMAZING. Needless to say, I won my day in court thanks to these aggressive attorneys. Trust me, you will be glad you choose them to represent you. I know I am.

Called and spoke with a paralegal regarding two cases. He said he would speak with the attorney and get back to me. Good thing I didn’t hold my breath. 72 hours and counting no response. Obviously unprofessional and inconsiderate. What was that joke about a 1000 lawyers at the bottom of the sea… lol…for such a litigious town you would think that a law firm would at the very least be professional and respond. Do they think clients have nothing better to do then sit on the phone repeating the same story over and over… jerks! Obviously not interested in contingency cases… I’ll bet if I had a 50k retainer case they would have been begging for my business.
8⁄31 follow up: 216 hours later no response
9⁄4 follow up: business petitioned Unilocal to remove my review on the grounds that I made an inappropriate reference. I have now cleaned up the so called offense. and my review stands. BTW, interesting that they have time to get my review removed but yet they NEVER called me back.

Cant speak much about The Firm, other than they aren’t very good at returning phone calls. On my first call in on Monday i was able to speak to Preston who ran me through a long process over the phone of what seemed like more than what was necessary in my case but he seemed to know what he was talking about. I was informed to go to the ER and return the call the next day to arrange a meeting, which i did. I called for the next two days actually and didn’t get any kind of a return call from anybody till Thursday to finally schedule an appointment and i declined because i had already found somebody to help me who scheduled me in immediately. I understand people are busy but its a courtesy to return a phone call in a timely fashion from a professional office. Preston seemed nice enough, i simply wish i had the chance to work with him. Good luck.

I have worked with these guys and they are great! As colleagues Ryan and Preston are great and a real expert support when I come across legal issues that I have not dealt with before. I recommend them to anyone who is in need with an accident, a bk, family law issues– these guys are great.

I was looking for an attorney in Las Vegas and I came across Ryan Alexander a few years ago when I needed help with a real estate problem I had. It was very complex and I was stressed and didn’t think I would be able to find a solution without using a lawyer. Ryan was so amazing that he not only helped with my my issue, but I have since used his law firm for making trusts, and for a contract on a business purchase. I have also had numerous conversations with both Ryan and Preston about filing Bankruptcy for various businesses as well. I have never had to personally use a personal injury attorney, but if I ever did, I would for sure use Ryan or Preston.
Another thing I liked about working with Ryan and Preston is that they are easily accessible. Unlike many attorneys who don’t answer their phones, they both gave me their mobile numbers, and Ive even been fortunate enough to have one of the drop by the house for a face-​to-​face consultation, since we found out we lived near each other.
I would highly recommend The Firm to anyone looking for an attorney in Las Vegas. They are the best lawyers I have ever met especially with regards to their overall legal knowledge and their experience in numerous facets of law, including personal injury, business law, contracts, and bankruptcy filings.
