Caramel Kettle Corn, Popcorn, White Cheddar Cheese Corn all made fresh on premises using our own secret recipes. Our mission is to provide fresh, gourmet popcorns at an affordable price.

History

Established in 2009.

The Las Vegas Outlet Center is a large Kiosk located at the South end of the building. We serve Caramel Kettle Corn hot and fresh and the above mentioned flavors bagged and sealed. We also serve Coca Cola products in bottles.

Our intention is to offer something to Las Vegans and guests, that is different, delicious, fresh and affordable. We use the highest quality ingredients and could call our product «gourmet» but we don’t and we don’t charge gourmet prices. We keep our prices low so everyone can afford it. To keep the prices low, we use very little packaging, our product comes in a clear bag with a twist tie. You can buy individual bags or gift baskets. We also have a wholesale bulk price list.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

We had been considering starting our own business for awhile. While on vacation in October of 2008, we saw a similar business and put the idea in the back of our minds. Steve had just landed a job with the Wynn after being laid off for 10 months from Planet Hollywood and Heidi was gainfully employed for the past 16 years by Citigroup. Even though we had the thought, we may never had acted on it if not for necessity. On December 5^th, 2008, Heidi was notified that she would be laid off as of February 22, 2009. Now the idea came flooding back. Heidi would be getting a severance package and that might be enough to start this business. On January 31^st, 2009, Steve was notified that he would not be needed until further notice and so our fate was sealed, sink or swim. With 3 kids, a mortgage, land payment, 2 car payments, etc, etc we needed to act quickly. Keegan Enterprises LLC/​DBA The Corn Colonel was founded in February 2009.
