The Clubs At Rhodes Ranch

Horrible place to rent to! They are so unprofessional I’m a little appalled. I put down the hold deposit and our credit app fees first day I saw it. Then shortly after (about 5 business days later) they told me I was approved. In those 5 days, I kept getting the run around from Jennifer (leasing agent), Claire (managing director) and Cameron (assistant manager who is completely RUDE) as to what was going on with my application. After we determined it was approved, they then said it will be another 1 business day to get a break down of deposits, because the manager called out sick. We called and asked for deposit info which they let us know they were going to have to move up our move in date one week because they couldn’t hold it for 2 weeks as they initially told us– therefore we needed to pay a higher move in rate. I decided I was sick of getting the run around and confusion (clearly no management and nobody knows what they were doing, and I will take my deposit and holding fee back and go somewhere else. They told me I couldn’t get the holding deposit back since it had been more than 72 hours– even though we got the run around for SO LONG! I’m livid. If they provided this horrible of a service as a landlord– I feel sorry for the tenants there now!

I’ve lived at the Clubs for five months now, and along my journey of applying — to moving in — to actually living here long enough to leave a credible review, I’ve gathered only positive things to share. Hope the breakdown of my review helps anyone with their apartment search!
This is my first home after moving out of my parents’, so I was extremely careful and cautious on my search. I did plenty of research of apartments in Las Vegas, considering traffic patterns in the area, crime rates, cost of monthly rent vs sq ft space — all the necessary things. Location here is a HUGE PLUS. I love that it’s in vicinity to everything you would need: drug and grocery stores, restaurants of every cuisine, gyms, and now IKEA! Just right off the 215 and generally 15min away from The Strip, so commute has always been effortless.
In the end, I’ve narrowed my apartments of interest down to the Clubs at Rhodes Ranch. I worked with the whole leasing office staff: Jody, Cameron, and Claire on looking at the space and submitting my application. Everyone was kind, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating with the entire process, which is exactly what I needed esp as a first-​time renter. Communication is very open. You can call or e-​mail the staff, and I’ve never had someone not return my voicemail or e-​mail. Reliable communication is an important aspect with renting, as you want to live at a place you can trust and depend on for any issues. I have always felt like the staff prioritizes my concerns.
With that being said, their Maintenance team is also very dependable! Repairs or replacements are resolved just by placing a ticket online through their resident portal. I do this when I go to work, and once I come home, the issue is always fixed with a paper left certifying the work order was completed. I’m very impressed with their quick and promising service!
I appreciate the cleanliness of the amenities. The gym is small, but filled with three cardio machines and free weights. It’s unfortunately not air-​conditioned when it’s warm, so I wouldn’t recommend using it in the summer.
The staff has an Event Calendar updated monthly with movie or board game nights, on-​the-​go breakfast, car washes, pet grooming, and holiday parties. All services are complimentary. Just a neat way the leasing office goes above and beyond for their residents!
My living experience within my apartment has posed no issues. The 1BR/​1BA is clean and provides great space for just me and my boyfriend. Keep in mind that rooms lack ceiling lights, so stock up on floor lamps! Also, we have a lower unit that overhears all footsteps and movement from our upstairs neighbors (my ONLY con). I’d recommend an upper unit.
To conclude my raving review, the most important thing I’ve discovered living at the Clubs is how safe I feel here. I can walk outside, even in the dark, and not feel worry like I did living up North Las Vegas. A very quiet, well-​maintained area with friendly neighbors.

I’ll be constantly updating this review during the entire process of getting my new lease, moving in, and a couple months stay, to really reflect on my experience with The Clubs at Rhodes Ranch.
04÷05÷16 — During the weeks in between, I have been interacting with The Clubs through e-​mail, whether it were questions/​concerns I had or to sign off on the lease agreements and contracts. I would say that for the most part, I would receive a response within 24 hours, which is very acceptable. Content within the lease agreement/​contract were straightforward; there were no surprises or anything that jumped at me as a red flag.
The Clubs has assigned covered parking spots, which is great so that you won’t have to «battle» with neighbors on getting a good parking spot. On top of that, there are plenty of guest parking spots throughout the community. However, I came across my first occurrence which causes me to drop my rating from a perfect 5 to a 4. My assigned covered parking spot is about 1 ½ to 2 buildings away. I contacted the front office to inquire if it’s possible about getting a closer spot. After a few days response (the only e-​mail I sent that took longer than 24 hours for a reply), I was told that my assigned spot is as-​is, has been the same since the beginning, and can’t be changed. Perhaps I’m being spoiled at my current residence where my covered parking spot is about 30-​steps away from my apartment, but I’ll need to get used to not being able to see my car from my own apartment and lugging my groceries from a much farther distance. Or I’ll need to rely on uncovered parking. I’ll let you know more about how the parking situation is when I actually move-​in. My concern now could either be moot or amplified in weeks to come.
04÷03÷16 — It’s been a few weeks since I stopped by impromptly at the leasing office. There was only one person working — Kameron. He was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable on the ins-​and-​outs of The Clubs at Rhodes Ranch. There was no pressure on the entire sales experience; I felt that he did everything possible to prove to me why The Clubs is the spot to move. However, he didn’t need to do much selling. After looking around for apartments throughout Las Vegas for several weeks, the fact is that The Clubs offered the best value and was very clean throughout the property and the community. I knew from the first visit that this is where my spouse and I wanted to move into.
The pool, hot tub, and all surrounding areas were very nice and clean. There were plenty of BBQ grills, and they were top-​of-​the-​line models, too. The neighborhood appeared perfect for both children and pets. I’m excited about this, as I’ll be moving in with a little dog.
Kameron kindly answered any and all questions I had, and provided us a very reasonable quote. I told him that I wanted to take a day to think it over and discuss with my spouse, which he agreed with. No sales pressure at all!
I came in the next day with more additional questions, which he continued to answer with ease. I should note that he was the only one working, though. I was lucky that he was available, or who knows how long the wait could have been. But Kameron was a great multitasker and offered excellent customer service. During the time he was helping me, there were multiple folks, mostly current residents, who came in and had a quick question or needed to pickup mail packages. Kameron attended to them promptly, which speaks volume. At my current residence elsewhere, you’ll have to wait quite some time to speak with someone in the front office, because all of their attention was towards those who were new customers. I’m very curious on how the rest of the front office is and hope I’ll receive the same/​comparable experience.
I signed off on the papers and was able to reserve the apartment, which I’ll be moving into this weekend. I’ll keep you all updated on how everything goes!

The Clubs at Rhodes Ranch is the first apartment complex that me and my brother went to, and it was the last. It’s our first time to lease an appartment and The Clubs definitely is the place to be. Location is great considering necesdities are right next to the complex. For it’s price, I consider them to be a very good deal. In addition to that, their staff were great! Kameron and Anika were very friendly and accomodating to our questions and needs. It was St. Patty’s Day and they had cupcakes out front for the guests and residents. It seemed like they go beyond to make guests feel at home. They made us feel like we were part of the complex already and I it’s not because of the cupcakes! Lol. Thank you!

Maintenance is not done in a timely manner. Even issues like heat in the dead of winter are ignored after several requests. You’ll be lied to about whether or not they entered your apartment to complete repairs so I suggest a webcam. Worked great for me. You’ll also be lied to about special order parts being needed and any other excuse they can come up with to procrastinate on repairs. They expect rent to be paid even when 3 weeks with no heat have gone by and we were having to stay somewhere else. Some neighbors are very loud but no one will do anything about it. And what’s the deal with being locked in the mail room. The lock goes on the outside not the inside folks! Long story short I moved my family member out of this dump. This place is over priced for the facility amenities and service you’ll receive. Unless you want to pay over $ 1000 a month to have no heat and no hot water for weeks at a time while listening to your neighbor’s fight all night I suggest you look elsewhere.

Lived there for over two years. The grounds, pool, and gym are well kept — we used them all the time. My kids enjoyed the grassy areas to play in, and the community itself was quiet and safe when I lived there. The two bedroom units were pretty nice, good floor plan and in good condition. Mine had painted accent walls, which were exceptionally nice looking. If you’re looking for a three-​bedroom, I would pass; they’re in really rough shape — especially the plumbing. The floor plans for the three bedroom are a tad small for the price too.
The staff can be good or bad, depending on who you get, but if you ever need to call the corporate line, management is helpful. They were willing to help me, at least, each time I called. I would recommend this place as a generally nice place to live, but to get agreements from the office staff in writing, avoid using the auto-​pay feature, and get a move-​in special.

We’ve been here 8 months now and love it here. Today we were treated to Breakfast on the Go at the gate. Last month there was a collection box in the clubhouse for school supplies for homeless families. Also, there was movie night poolside and a catered pool party last month. The amenities here are like being in a resort. Pool, hot tub, fitness center, BBQ, media center and coffee in the clubhouse are all there to enjoy. This gated community is family friendly and pet friendly. The office staff and maintenance staff are AMAZING!

I love living in this community, today they had breakfast on the go which was a pleasant surprise. They really care for their residents at the clubs at rhodes ranch. :)

I went with a friend and was impressed by the level of customer service here at the Clubs at Rhodes Ranch. We toured many properties. This property stood out by far as the best of the bunch. I had the opportunity to interact with all of the staff, so I can personal say they are all very nice and helpful.
Kameron was amazing! He explained everything about the complex, amenities, and approval process in a manner that was both professional and welcoming. He took us on a tour of the grounds and let us view the model a couple times on subsequent returns. He patiently waited and answered questions as though we were his only customers. We never felt rushed! He offered, and made, us hot beverages from their amazing complimentary Flavia machine too!
The location of The Clubs at Rhodes Ranch is walking distance to Sierra Vista High School and a short drive to tons of shopping and places to eat. Each apartment has beautiful accent colors that add charm to the units. The living room and master have ceiling fans and offer plenty of storage space. The property is clean and looks well maintained. The clubhouse has billiards, a comfortable sitting area, and movies for free checkout. The pool and gym are centrally located and look amazing. The complex has a business center with Wi-​Fi, computers, printing, free faxing, and shredding available for its tenants. I hear the complex is or will be paying for each tenant to get his or her car washed on location each Tuesday. This is an awesome perk!

In my experience with the staff and maintenance crew here at The Clubs at Rhodes Ranch has been very welcoming. The office staff have been very helpful with all I ask. The maintenance crew very helpful and nice. Thank you for making this a nice place to live.

I am really satisfied with these apartments. The amenities are always well taken care of and maintenance is fast. The location is great and the staff is friendly. I feel like the staff here have been helpful from the day I checked out the place and continue to be. They also have community events. I also feel very safe in this community. Very quiet community for the most part. I do agree with other posters about being able to hear your neighbors when they use the bathroom. The wifi also doesn’t work in the workout room. Not huge problems to me. Overall I am pleased.

If I can put no stars I will! So today me and my husband are looking for a place. Just trying to check the place out and we are greeted poorly, The guy that helps us didn’t even mention his name so I don’t know who he was! as he was showing us the place he was walking way ahead of us telling us information about the place but he was not sociable at all. When we got to the «model apartment» he opens the door and that’s was it he was just standing there saying nothing. We had to ask questions before he even talks to us Then he stops talking and it was very awkward for us we felt like we are not welcome at all. Given we all have out bad days at work. Maybe he was having a bad day and just didn’t care at all. Maybe he should find some place where he didn’t have to deal with people

For the most part, I am 100% satisfied with living here at the Clubs. The staff are friendly, efficient, and kind. The ambiance is peaceful and cozy and the location can t be beat. It s convenient to tons of shopping, the freeway, and parks. My only complaint is that I can hear my upstairs neighbor — I am not sure if that is to the poor sound proofing or if they are just loud people :(

Staffs friendly, Claire’s a good manager, and the rooms are good sized! One thing I didn’t like about the master bedroom was that you can hear when the neighbors were using the toilet. No garages sucked because of my boyfriends motorcycle. Someone tried taking it one night so we bought a chain for it and just wrapped it.

I’ve been here for nearly a month and I love it! The staff is absolutely phenomenal! Kudos to Jody who has assisted me since the beginning and Nicki who went above and beyond when in the process of getting approved. Those two ladies are amazing and very prompt! The community is pretty quiet and well kept. The location is ideal, you are at the strip and airport within 15 – 20 minutes and it’s right off of the freeway and next to a shopping center. Definitely happy with the decision I made.

I have lived here for four years and I love it. My one bedroom apartment is one of the nicest apartments I have ever had. The only thing I don’t like is that my parking space is not in front of my apartment. So I have to park in uncovered parking for convenience. Other then that it great.

Stayed here twice (2006 – 2007, 2010 – 2011). The first time was actually quite a pleasant experience. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff. Clean apartment when I moved in.
The second time, a totally different story. The apartment they gave me belonged to a former front office employee. The tub was dark (not cleaned). The kitchen was dirty. And I noticed screw holes that were patched over in the ceiling in the bedroom (3 holes, in 4 different places, corresponding to where a bed curtain would probably hang).
Regardless, I cleaned the place up, and lived there. The neighborhood was noticeably more noisy (got to love calling 3−1−1 when your neighbor is having a 3am Tuesday night party).
Stayed for 7 months, bought a house. However, I didn’t get my security deposit back. When I asked why, they told me (not in writing, illegal) that it was because of the holes in the ceiling — THE VERY HOLES I had inherited.
The money means nothing to me, it’s the principle. Avoid at all costs. They didn’t do right by me, a two-​time resident in good standing, and they likely will not do well by you as well. Shop around. If you don’t rent a house, rent a nice, newer apartment with a friendly staff, and make sure you take pictures of EVERY blemish in the apartment when you first take possession of it.

Nice location but the staff did not tell us the previous renters were SMOKERS! Our unit stinks like an ashtray and there’s nothing we can dobecause not one employee said anything about it before we signed! Not very professional and it seemed like the lady who helped us was just trying to make a sale. Not an honest staff wouldn’t recommend these apartments. I’m scared to find out what else they haven’t told us. Always wait to see the unit before signing.

The BEST place to rent in the SW Las Vegas area! Overnight security, gated and QUIET community. The leasing staff is very courteous, fast and efficient (especially the Assistant Manager)! I’ve been living in Vegas for years, this is by far the BEST apartment complex to live at. Not to mention how close and convenient EVERYTHING is! =0
