Taste of Seattle

Located inside the lobby at Sunrise Children’s Hospital, this coffee shop offers a pretty extensive coffee and tea list, along with boba, sandwiches, soda, energy drinks, donuts, and treats from NUTTY GUYS. They brew Illy coffee (which is fantastic compared to hospital blend coffee) and their boba is made fresh there too, sometimes it’s hit or miss, I’ve had perfectly made boba and then I’ve had the ones that are hard in the middle. They have lots of different options, sugar free syrup, fat free, 2% milk and soy milk available. Prices are reasonable and comparable to Starbucks. When they have enough staff, they do have a cart that goes around the hospital and takes orders and delivers. This is definitely a treat for us and a little boost during the day. They are closed on Saturdays (owners are Seventh Day Adventist).
