The owner Mervat is so incredibly nice and helpful. I called this afternoon asking about spray tanning and she was very knowledgable and kind. I never felt like she was trying to push products or services on me. I ended up getting the airbrush spray tan and I am so happy with it. I will be enjoying my beautiful tan in Hawaii for the next week!

Close to home and always fast! Signed up with the owner who is very knowledgeable and you can see that she passes this training on to her staff. Love that they keep your lotion for you so you don’t have to lug it around or it doesn’t sit in a hot car!

I recently moved and wanted to find a new place to tan closer to the house. I walked in and was blown away. Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did not have to wait to get a bed, and the girl up front helped me choose the best package and lotion for the look I was going for. Very affordable, and would highly recommend to everyone!

I have tanned at a lot of tanning salons in Las Vegas and the beds at Sunkissed are by far the best! The store is always very clean and the staff is so friendly and very helpful! I would definitely recommend Sunkissed to all my friends!

Great place to go for a quick tan. I don’t need it, but my friend did. Service was great, staff was pleasant and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend it for anyone who needs tanning. By the way, the owner is hot!

Just got done with my pedi next door and then came in here to start getting a good tan. Front desk girl was super cute and nice. Quality tanning beds for sure. I did the stand up one and just after this first time starting to see some good color in my face especially.

I purchased a 10 session package and their employee told me they never expire. Only used 8 of the sessions and went back to use the other 2. Mervette (wouldn’t share her title/​position) refused to let me use the last 2 sessions unless I bought more sessions. Why would I give a place that lies and steals from their customers MORE money? Wake up Mervette — that’s NOT how you get and retain customers. I’ll never go back.

Terrible customer service. The tan never developed and after shower the next day the tan was gone. I had to ask the young inexperienced girl to go over areas she completely missed. She acted put out because I asked for her to do it correctly. Sun kissed is a joke! I highly doubt the Chippendale dancers use this place for spray tan. Maybe beds but, this spray tan was a complete waste of time and money!

Gave this place a second try. I love the new technologies sunkissed has. excited for my new membership with body wraps. I always want to try red light therapy. The owner is very knowledgeable and helful. Can’t wait to go back.

Wow I wish there was a way that I can get this place zero stars when I walked in I noticed that the place was a little weird looking and as I further went to get my spray tan machine did not even work and I basically paid for nothing… I asked the girl at the register name Sarah if I could have a refund and she told me no
This place literally has the worst business practices I have ever come in contact with and I will never give them my business again out of all the places to go in Las Vegas I chose to bless this one and they turned out to be a horrible choice never never come here

We tanned in a bed and then had an airbrush tan. The bed was amazing. Rarely do I notice good color right away after a tanning bed. My airbrush tan is the perfect color. Super friendly and extremely helpful in deciding what to get, as we are here from LA and are first time customers to this spot.

Worst experience on tanning salon, been on the fitness industry I’ve in A lot of tanning salons, the owner has a good location but the customer service is horrible, I got skin burn using the formo start body wrap I was never advice on what to wear I had to wait one week too see the owner when I finally could talk to her she was on the phone so rude didn’t even have the education to pay attention to what I had say there was no refund at all price for this was $ 149 that that was normal for one month tanning is 100 + lotion 60 so she lost a costumer of $ 309 that I spend in her salon bad bad bad

Worse customer service if you can call it that. the owner is a moron and likes to call people liars and when you call her on it she gets upset and says get out I said call the cops and you are a liar and your worker is a idiot for giving wrong advice she claims never happend she saw the «video» so I said show it to me she said she didn’t have to, told her I wasn’t leaving til the «tan» was fixed so she fixed continued to go back and forth calling people a liar and so she was called one back and made feel stupid by being told if you saw the video you should know the answer to the question your asking. she didn’t see no video she’s just a idiot! She said never come back to her business like I would be making another 60.00 flop? No thank you 0 stars actually –5 if you ask me

Today was my 1^st tanning ever so I got a spray tan and had blotches I called and asked for it to be fixed spoke to someone on the tropicana location who obviously like the owner said doesn’t know how to spray tan went to the blue diamond location where I was sprayed when arriving I was being yelled at saying I was a liar and lies and that she had voice recordings that she didn’t want to play for me at that moment I’m uncomfortable to even get it fixed and the owner their by the name Lizzet is the the worst customer service ever business owner and business WORST TANNING SALON!

I only gave one star cause I have to give one. They have no respect for the customers. There bed stopped in half the time so one side is only tan and when I offered to even pay a second time to correct it they wouldn’t let me. I asked to speak to manager and the girl wouldn’t even call the manager. Check out bronzed it’s reasonable price and they are so polite!

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! AND IT’S THE OWNER!
I would give this tanning salon a deserving ZERO if there was an option based on the customer service alone. Buyers beware do NOT buy the Groupon mystic tan deal its ultimately a rip off. I bought a 3 pack mystic tan off Groupon and thought I would give this place a shot. What is NOT in the fine print is that you must pay an additional $ 5 to upgrade to dark color so the deal on Groupon turns out to be not so hot after all. Downfall number one…
1^st and 2^nd visit I waited about 30 mins for both. No big deal compared to last visit. The 3^rd visit was what really pushed me over the edge and is the sole reason why I would rate this salon a big ZERO if it were an option.
3^rd and last visit goes like this… I walk in and there is not a single soul working the front desk and no signage directing customers to wait for someone to help them etc… So I sit for about 5 mins and get up in an attempt to start finding someone. I follow the voices and ease drop just enough to make out that there is a custom spray tan in progress. When the owner finishes she walks up front, see’s me sitting there, doesn’t say sorry for the wait, nothing! Just then a small group of men walk in and she begins to check them all in before helping me. WTH!!! Meanwhile I’ve now been waiting for a good 20 mins, no apologies for the wait and starts to check in an entire group before me. My patience has worn out by now and I cut in to ask her to check me in. She then states «the mystic tan is down»! Ok… I explain to her that I have one more spray tan left in my prepaid 3 tan series and I need to get a spray tan for my show that night. She then got super defensive and snippy with me and restated the above as if I didn’t hear her the first time only this time it was much louder. I am not deaf lady, there is no need to raise your voice!
I proceeded to ask for a refund and she rudely told me she doesn’t do refunds. Mind you, this is the OWNER!!! Moral of the story people… And I really hope the owner reads this review. You didn’t have get obnoxiously rude and snippy. When people prepay for a service and as a business you simply can’t keep your end of the bargin, it is your responsibility to make it right. Either nicely offer the client a refund so they can go somewhere else OR offer to give them a custom spray tan. Its really that simple!
After the owner escalated the situation with her attitude, I told her I was going to express my thoughts on Unilocal.Then… she told me she WAS going to offer a custom spray tan. Sorry lady, a little too late! I’m sure this won’t come as surprise to you especially after reading some of the other reviews. Looks like others have the same experience with you. Might want to check those poor customer service skills at the door and drop the attitude!

I went to this salon for the first time and it would be my last. The costumer service is 0. I got my spray tan and they didnt do the shade i asked for, i looked like a potato, and oh when i told them they got all attitude with me and still made me pay, i have never been so upset in my life and now i have to go with two weeks looking ridiculous. Dont waste your time with this place, because if they mess up they will make it all your fault and you will be the liar. I give it 0 ZERO STARS

What a let down. When I walked in, the girl on the phone was borderline yelling at someone on the phone, then snapped at me for my last name when I said I was a new customer. I thought things would turn around then, but guess not.
The place is dirty with old, chipped paint. Super cheesy. Again, seemed dirty.
Kristin basically made me beg for info. No tour. No explanation on the beds. No tutorial on the 1990 boom box behind the bed. Totally janky. I don’t know how this place is so highly rated. For a $ 20 bed, I felt like I was in a $ 3 bed.
Oh, and they don’t bother to update their Unilocal check in offer. Thumbs down.

See… I’m pretty simple when it comes to tanning salons. Give me a good monthly deal, CLEAN tanning beds that functions perfect (no missing bulbs etc…) and I’ll be a happy camper.
And Sunkissed Tanning meets my expectations. If you check-​in from your phone, you get a 10% off coupon that’s good for one session/​package. Whoever was at the desk that day was really friendly, helpful and informative. He did not try to upsell anything nor was he pushy. He truthfully told me that depending on how often you would LIKE to tan, was which monthly package I should purchase. I ended up choosing a level 1 monthly package and with my 10% off, it came out to be $ 49. There were beds always available plus all the bulbs were all in working order. None of them were ever out or missing.
You get in, get your tan on, and get out.
I like to try out different tanning salons around the area, but if I don’t find anything better… I’ll def be back.

So I know this guy… he went here a couple of times before a trip to Cancun, wanted to make sure he had a good base tan… yeah that’s what he told me. He said the the receptionist was perfect and the place was very clean and easy in and out type of deal. The lotion there is priced well he thinks and would recommend this tanning salon to other men not afraid to get naked in a glass chamber to change their skin color.

Wonderful place! Love the Level 5 beds! I haven’t tanned in 8 years & I have been like 5 times and still never burned. The monthly package is worth it, totally, and Kirstie & Alissa are very helpful with everything from choosing the right products, to accommodating hectic schedules and even recommending a groupon that was available for red light therapy! Overall atmosphere is very professional and the girls are really sweet! Amanda, too, although I’ve only met her once. Thanks, ladies! :-)
