Sun Chinese Gourmet

Last time i went to this place they had a fresh crab special. Sounded good so i ordered it.
I watched as my waiter fished through the crab tank taking his time looking for a crab that’s closest to dead or dieing. After he choose one that was as lifeless as possible the dish came out, realizing I’ve been cheated from the good stuff i called the waiter back and explained to him that this crab was not fresh as advertised and that i was watching him choose among the good ones for the shittiest one available.
He went back to the crab tank, yanked one out at random and brought it back on a tray for my inspection, after i said okay the previous corpse and the fresh crab went back to the kitchen.
When the dish returned something was wrong the meat was dry and a few shades redder suggesting it’s overcooked and the head shell of the crab was noticeably colder compared to the legs. Doesn’t take a genius to figure out they recooked the first crab and threw it on a new plate.
Only thing good about this place is that they open up late.
