Sun Chase Apartments

I’ve lived at these apartments and honestly have to say, I’ve had no problems. The price is very reasonable! for a washer and dryer in the unit a covered parking, and the apartment I lived in was decent, there’s no water or sewage charge like other apartments? sure people seem to talk about the area of the complex location but NOW in DAYS crime just happens ANYWHERE! I personally like to live in the heart of the city lots of stores near by which makes it convenience for me and a freeway near by to commute. Thanks…

THE NASTIEST place to live! Roaches everywhere! And the managers son threatened to shoot my teenager after I put in my 30 day notice! My car was broken into twice in the year I lived there. They try to trap you into staying by lying to other apartment complexes when they verify rental status telling them you always paid your rent late. Thankfully I saved ALLLLLLL of my rent receipts showing every payment made was ON TIME. Disgusting management and an even more disgusting place to live!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Yup total Roach city. They only sent someone to take a sample of what kind of roaches we had and then no one came after that. We have told them many times about it and they didn’t send no one keep telling us u are on the list and no one comes. The office has no communication. U talk to one person and then another tells you something else. They favor some tenants and let them do as they wish. The property is full of Dog poop. They have a girl that sweeps the property that never has a trash can with her but only carries a broom and dust pan to do the entire property. They allow homeless street people to dig in the dumpsters. The parking assignment is a mess. In the summer when the pool is open the pool is very dirty. Floating things inside. We figured we could use the net to clean it but they have no net. The jets in the hot tub don’t work. The lights around the area only 2 works. The pool furniture is all broken. The Putting Green is useless no one uses it. Or if u want to use it they can’t find the key. Things break easy in this place. The washer broke so they came to repair it. It was still not working properly. Fixed it twice most before they said they going to replace it. Same issue with the dish washer. Bad I could go on.

Do you know how to spell ghetto? S-​U-​N-​C-​H-​A-​S-​E! This place is way too expensive for how dumpy of a place it is. There’s no sense of security here whatsoever, anyone can walk into our complex and light palm trees on fire (which is exactly what happened!) not to mention the fire extinguisher was expired and didn’t work at putting out any of the fire. The fire extinguisher nor glass case which it sits in were replaced until after the office received continuous complaints about it. They are lazy, cheap people who don’t give a rat’s ass about their complex. The background check is a joke considering one of my neighbors was a meth head and another had their door kicked in and was robbed blind, my back window of my car was smashed out and many solicitors and vendors walk throughout the complex leaving their ads and spam mail at everyone’s doorsteps. These owners suck! Don’t live here!!!

Run do not walk away from the place, the place is a toilet. Management is horrible, no replys to issues for days. Our hot water was out for days and leaking and it too them a week to fix. another week with no washer and the crime is terrible, we cannot even get a pizza delivered after dark or walk our dog. Do NOT rent there, there are safer cleaner nicer places to live for the same price!

I have had several bad experience with this complex owner besides a roach infestations that took a couple of months to resolve. I had sprayed several times but when I had spine surgery and couldn’t do anything but complain because roaches was getting in my bed crawling over my face and up my legs when I sat in my living room. The owner told me that roaches don’t like catnip and after several complaints he tells me that he has exterminators come out twice a month instead of scheduling them to come out; then he lies to me and said the the exterminator told him it was not that bad. I ask the exterminator why would he say that and I was told that he did not tell the owner that story. I had to sleep on my couch after my surgery because they had to repair a water leak from the next apartment. They had to pull stuff out my closet which blocked my bed and I could not lift more than 5 pounds which they knew; I asked for someone to come put the stuff back so I can get in my bed and he ignored me and let the maintenance men go home. This is just for starters and today I called the office they didn’t answer the phone as usual and the voicemail box was full so I emailed the office that the light outside my door was missing and the cover was off which was on the ground. The email was sent about noon. I assumed it would get replace until I look out my door about 8:30 pm and couldn’t see anything because they never replaced the bulb. That is why there are so many vacant apartments because this guy is not right. He is cheap and uses temporary fixes to problem based on what I have seen. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have had issues with dogs, among other things.
