Business Owner

Denise Klein, founder of Success Equation 5, has coached over 30,000 people in the pursuit of their dreams during the last 25 years. As a passionate and committed wife to her husband, Rick, for 25 years, they have raised two talented and successful college students, Britne and Kylee. Determined to have it all, she has achieved great professional success in the real estate and coaching professions. During her 15 years in the title insurance industry, Denise was a leader and used her visionary style to create innovative and unique business models, that delivered high profits. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing and after 15 years in the title industry, she left and spent the next 10 years as a real estate professional. She was consistently a top 100 real estate professional and still made it a priority to contribute to her community. In addition to the hundreds of committees and programs she was involved in, she was recognized as a Citizen of Distinction, for the City of Las Vegas
