Rented a U-​haul here so can only comment on that portion of the experience. I have rented a U-​haul before from the place just up on Lake Mead Blvd, next to Lee’s Liquor.
This place is very clean, beautiful lobby, The Lake Mead place isn’t that nice. My reservation was handled promptly and I was in and out within 15 minutes. No issues, all questions answered. Truck in good shape and ran good.
Husband and wife team who manage do a great job! Friendly and efficient. Its very quiet back where its located so easy parking and plenty of it. Way better than the place on Lake Mead.
I would come here and rent again everytime. Best rental truck experience I’ve ever had, and I have had plenty.

This Storage One was great! Steve and Cassandra were very professional and always in a cheerful mood. Thank you for keeping our storage space secured and safe guys! We’ll be back if we need to use storage again!

I recently had a situation where my sons dad passed away and we needed to collect his belongings and close out his storage. I understand that there are procedures that need to be followed in order to ensure that personal belongings are not just available to anyone, so In the end I had no issue with Cassandra and the other guy that work at the facility. However, I have a major issue with the fact that I called the area supervisor, Myra, 6 times between August 9^th and August 16^th and left 4 voice mails asking her to return my call so I could get the information as to what steps I needed to take in order to clear out the storage and close the acct. August 18^th came around and storage one left a voicemail on his phone saying that his payment was late as of the 17^th. I returned the call and explained to this representative that Myra had not returned any of my phone calls, and that I had been trying to close out his storage since the 9^th. I requested that she call Myra and tell to return my call. On the 21^st of August I finally received a call from Myra in which she gave me the information I needed and also stated that I had to pay the $ 95 fee for August, otherwise they would not let me collect his belongings. I asked her why I had to pay the fee since it was her failure to return my calls that resulted in the acct lapsing. She again said I needed to pay it or they would not let us collect his belongings. I faxed her everything that same day and asked once again for her to waive the fee since it was her fault and not mine that the due date came and went. Again she simply said no. When we showed up on Monday morning at 10am, Cassandra had not been informed that I had already submitted all documents and was authorized to clear out the storage. She tried to call Myra, there was no answer… surprise surprise. Fortunately I had the authorization email on my phone so Cassandra collected the $ 95 and proceeded to allow us to collect his things and close out the acct. After all of this I called corporate to speak to Myra’s supervisor, Greg. He was out of his office so I left a voicemail asking him to call me back. A week passed and still no phone call. I called again and left another VM asking him to call me back and now almost another week has gone by and he has not returned my call. I think it is very safe to assume that upper management has no concerns other than collecting money. I am very disappointed that this company would take advantage of the loss of a loved one the way that they have. Just when I assumed there was only one incompetent and inconsiderate person in upper management, I find out that there are two. I’ve never experienced managers of a company to be so blatantly disregarding. Especially at a time when a family is dealing with a death. Thank you Myra and Greg for NOTHING. If you are considering Storage One at Rock Springs, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a storage unit. When upper management does not have the common decency to even pick up a phone, there is absolutely something wrong!

I needed storage solution while staging my home to be sold. StorageOne at Rock Springs was the solution! Cassandra and her husband were very nice and accommodating to us.

I’ve rented 3 different storage units at this StorageOne facility and have been disappointed in multiple ways, There have been numerous instances of unauthorized charges to my Amex Card which I used to set up automated monthly rent payments. There was an incident when I was loading furniture from my storage unit into the back of my Chevy Pickup truck when an office employee pulled up in her car and asked me to move the truck because it was in her way. There was enough room for her to drive a vehicle twice as big around the front of my truck. She stated that as an employee of StorageOne she should not need to drive around a customer’s vehicle. I kept on working and she drove around my truck quite easily and parked at the other end of the lot. The next day I received a phone call from the StorageOne GM who wanted to know why I had been harassing his employees… He was a total jerk about it. Then, I gave StorageOne a months advance notice I was vacating and emptied my unit on the last paid day of storage. They charged my Amex Card for the owing months rent. When I requested they credit my account their response was my last paid rent day was on a Sunday so they checked the unit on Friday and saw a few items remained inside, so they charged me for the following month. $ 225 and when I pushed the matter further they told me if I didn’t drop the matter they would charge my credit card again!!! These people are dirty rotten scoundrels! Don’t go near this place.

I see a storage facility as a necessary evil but when you have more stuff than space off to the storage we go. Storage One is a good choice. The staff is very cool and really helps you out to get you started. Lots to choose from far as space goes at reasonable prices. You can even set up online payments cause who wants to go there each month just to make a payment… not me… just store my stuff and call it a day. Its always neat, clean and well air conditioned for those hot Vegas days.
