History

Established in 2015.

and flexibility. Our compassionate care for residents begins with

detailed knowledge of each person’s life history, preferences and

needs gathered from the residents themselves, family members,

with each resident is unique.

Manager

The staff at Sterling Ridge has been individually selected based

on prior experience, training and their authentic desire to

be of service to our residents and their families. Building on this

foundation, each new staff member receives a comprehensive

orientation to our community and training. Each department

is actively supervised by a manager who continuously seeks to

improve the experiences of our residents and their families.
