Steiner’s Nevada Style Pub

Steiner’s is a great feel at home type bar. They have very reasonable food prices with good sized portions that don’t leave you hungry. Their happy hour specials are amazing as well. The service is also top notch, and they treat you like people which is always a plus!

Best restaurant in town. I love this place already. Excellent everything. Food is delicious. I want to go back again soon. I hope this place stays in business forever.

Ok… seriously!!! Stop the gay music steiners! Ive been coming here regularly for about 8 years now and this needs to change. I am very disappointed! Disco? Dance? Im not 5 years old. If i wanted to hear that garbage id go to a bar on the strip… play some 80s and 70s… keep it original like you used to.

Food was really good. We arrived during happy hour and the buy 1 get 1 free drinks made the already good prices even better. Food was good, service was fast and friendly, and prices were very reasonable.

Don’t come in with the baby not even to the restaurant side. Unbelievable. Been to a lot of different places in Las Vegas including yard house and other restaurants that serve alcohol and have never had a problem bringing a baby. We were asked to leave.

I was really impressed with this visit to Steiner’s. Our service was friendly and attentive. The beer choice was good serving many great local and regional brews in bottles and drafts.
Our food was delicious. The portions were large and fairly priced. I had one of the grilled chicken sandwiches and it was a very large breast with lots of toppings to accompany it. French fries are awesome and at least a pound serving.

There are a few Steiner’s Pubs in town but in my opinion this is the best one. The menu is large and varied and the food is good. I had their fried chicken basket (it is hard to get fried chicken in this town) and this was one of the best I have eaten. There were 4 pieces with delicious french fries and cole slaw if you ask for it. The outside of the chicken was tasty and crunchy and the inside was very moist and juicy. Our friends both had the Reuben sandwich and they said it was very good.

First of all I found this place by accident (looking for beach pizza)… I am from California yet I really enjoyed this place… Sandwich was very good… fries and onion rings were great… Service is good and even if it’s a little noisy… It’s a good place to come and enjoy a good sandwich and enjoy the company you are with…

My go to for happy hour by far!~!
Great service (the best anywhere), good food at a decent price, by far the best gar food from any of the competitors.
Cons: if you want to sit at the bar and not gamble it can be challenging, most seats have machines and if its busy you will be asked to move to a table. its understandable but is a bit annoying

I have been going to Steiners since they opened. I have gone to both locations located at Cheyenne Avenue and Buffalo Avenue. For the last several years every Thursday myself and many of my friends have met there and enjoy their food thoroughly.
As a local, this is one of the friendliest places in the neighborhood, let alone Las Vegas. I highly recommend it. The staff is friendly, competent and eager to please.

Try and get in at least 1 time a week or more

This has been my go-​to happy hour place for about a decade now. 2 for 1 drinks and 50% off appetizers. And the best part is it’s delightfully consistent and so low key. It’s great after work with coworkers especially when you need variety and don’t want to spend a fortune. I suggest signing up for the loyalty program because those points add up quickly and the rewards are stellar.

We arrived at Steiners at about 2pm. The day bartender was so inviting, we received great service, and the food was great! We like to gamble, so we put quite a bit into the machines. Once the swing shift bartenders came on, it did not matter how much we lost up to that point. I just finished gambling a $ 20 when one of the bartenders told us we could no longer sit at the bar, because one of their regulars wanted our seat to play Keno. He was playing small hands and they kicked us off the bar so that he could sit there. It was a slap in the face and we left there immediately. Although we had a great time with the day bartender, we probably won’t go back.

Deb Penfield is absolutely the best bartender on earth !! Her attention to her customers is beyond the call of duty … Love the food love the people in Steiner’s .

Omg their food is amazing! My husband and I eat here when he gets off work late. It’s a cool little spot. Bartender is cool.

I had expectations for this restaurant that were not met. I love Lamb Chops, and there chops were decent, but for $ 13.95 they were thin and small.
My French Dip was as average as it gets. Au jus was plain, and the amount of beef was disappointing. My wife’s flat-​iron steak sandwich was good, or at least that’s what she said.
In summation, I just wasn’t impressed with anything the way I thought I would be after reading other reviews.

I was so bummed last night I love steiners chicken wigs and sweetpotato fries. I got them to go, so you expect when French fries are stuck in a styrofoam container they’ll get a little soggy. These were beyond a little soggy. They were basically noodle French fries they were way under cooked I was so bummed and the wings were barely sauced. Not my favorite location. The location one on blue diamond never disappoints.

Pretty good breakfast. Especially for 5:30 in the morning. I had steak and eggs. The steak was good, a bit too well done for medium rear. The service, once available was adequate. The hash browns were a bit soggy. The big plus 24 hrs service.

This is a decent locals bar to stop in for a quick drink. They have video poker and food at the bar as well. The one odd thing is, it looks exactly like the other Steiners inside– I mean exact. If you’ve been to the other one you’ve been to this one. Service is decent, same food menu, a decent stop for a quick drink.

I came here after playing a round of golf on a Saturday night with my dad and brother around 6 to grab a bite to eat and watch the Cavs game. This is the first time that I’ve been to this location, but I’ve been to the other locations multiple times. I’m a big fan of Steiner’s food and think it’s a great place to hang out, drink, and watch some sports.
They have booths along the outside of the restaurant which were on about a ten minute wait when we arrived. So we decided to sit immediately in the «party bar» which consisted of some high tops and a rail that split the middle of the area where you could sit to eat and drink. We sat at the rail and had an excellent view of the largest main screen which had the Cavs on.
They have an extensive beer selection that is reasonably priced. I had a 22 oz Fat Tire ($ 5.75) with the Kobe Burger ($ 13.99). My brother had the Treasure Island burger. Fries are al a carte if you want them with the burger. My burger was delicious and I was especially happy with the beef. The Saturday special is the pot roast which the gentleman across from me ordered. He said it was very good and I could tell it was because he pretty much inhaled it.
Service was prompt and attentive. We had no issues with our visit. You will definitely find me in a Steiner’s again in the future.

Been coming to this Steiner’s for a couple years now, but just started on Unilocal so I thought I should share my impressions. It’s in a strip mall very close to Albertsons. Parking is pretty good and the atmosphere is very Nevada friendly as is the menu. Lots of dishes named after places in Nevada. Most folks don’t know half the places but we folks that have lived here (came here in ’78) and I appreciate the effort.
The person that greeted us at the door was very friendly and welcoming. Our waitress, Kelly, was on top of everything we needed and more as was the young lady the refreshed my wife’s ice tea. They both made sure we had full drinks and that I could watch the PBR (Professional Bull Riders) on one of the screens. OUTSTANDING!!! I normally leave after dinner but we stayed and had a few more drinks and even went to the bar to gamble a couple C’s. One more thing about our waitress Kelly, when I said we would like a couple more drinks to watch the PBR she said please stay you are our guests and we welcome you to stay. HOLY CRAP!!! Bravo Kelly, give that gal a raise (just don’t raise the price of the beers…) she is the only reason we stayed. So, on a rating of 0 – 5 I give them a 5 on atmosphere and service.
Now onto the food review… I ordered the flat iron steak, my wife ordered the special pot roast for a Saturday. I am a pretty plain sort of eater, don’t like sauces and that sort of stuff… so I ordered double veggies with nothing on them and a medium rare steak. Perfection on both orders. My wife was so thrilled by the pot roast she «forced» me to try it even though it had gravy. OK, not a gravy guy but I could have eaten every bit of her dinner, just the best. My steak was perfect the veggies were steamed with nothing on them just the way «I» like them. So on a rating of 0 to 5, I give them a 5 on food.
From there we went to the bar to watch the rest of the PBR and do a little gambling. The clientele at the bar was more than inviting, one fellow even moved down a machine so we could sit. There wasn’t the machine I like but there was one at the end of the bar and the fellow there said he was leaving in 10 mins and we could have it then, so we waited. While waiting we 3 had a wonderful conversation about Nevada, Las Vegas, the Rodeo and the PBR. After he left I took over his machine, played 2 C’s and won back a little while getting great service from the bartender who I did not get her name, shame on me, I think her name was Christy, she was very nice. We had been in there other times when the bar staff was not as nice as she and I would love to give her credit. So on a rating of 0 to five on the gambling I have to give it a 5.
On this evening the Steiner’s on Buffalo had terrific service, the food was great and the experience was one that would makes us tell others to go there, and we would definitely come back again. The décor is worth the visit alone, the staff was courteous and friendly, the food choices are diverse and the gaming is as good as any gaming is in Las Vegas. So I «Yelp» this place 5 stars… thanks for a great Saturday night out.

3.5 stars here. This is a smaller Steiners that I’ve been to many times. I do love the Nevada dip sandwich. They have a small bar at this location, maybe 15 games and getting a seat can be tough, especially at happy hour where they run some good drink specials.
People overall are pretty friendly, good service from the staff. Its pretty common of all bars, nothing special here except for some better than average food items. Try the Kobe burger.

Our server, Katrina, made our Sunday Funday better than expected! ! We had such a good time!
And then, shift changed, and the new bartender was totally rude, and we are leaving. (Asian Chic, Sunday afternoon).

Great bar good, great service and the video poker machines are usually hitting…
If you like wings and you like hot then try the hottest wings they offer. Highly recommended by me and I’m Awesomeness

I had been to another Steiner’s a year ago and thought I’d give this location a go this time around. Needless to say, I was VERY happy to give it a shot.
First and foremost, the deals they have during football games — college and pro — are enough to make ANYONE want to stop in. Amazing app deals, great discounts on everything (including a kobe beef burger), and some damn nice giveaways. If you’re in Vegas for over a weekend, and don’t want to sit on the strip (which why would you these days?), hit up Steiners for a game, you won’t regret it.
Onto the review! Don’t want the normal bar food, look here. My cousin and I were able to make a nearly custom meal. Wasn’t an option, but, I had to ask for a grilled, diced chicken omelet. No problem. Not on the menu, but, my cousin asked for a buffalo chicken sammy — bam, no problem.
And, the ingredients, and food, very very solid for a sports bar. The omelet (diced chicken, cheddar and avocado) was fantastic. Perfectly fluffy, great amount of sharp, tasty cheese and perfectly grilled up chicken boob. Hashbrowns were killer too. Solid crunch on the outside with a great golden appearance. Only gripe, some cold rye toast which tells me they miss timed dropping them.
Bartender was fantastic and very accommodating. Can’t wait to head back when I hit the desert again.

We went to the bar recently and we had a terrible customer experience! It took about 15 minutes to get our drink orders in, the food took another 20 minutes, the refills never got to us and the bill. well that was pretty fast! The food was really not that good. We ordered the nachos for appetizer and although they were very good you only get about 10 – 15 nachos. I guess i’m used to eating tons of nachos that this size portion was just not enough for me.
I’m a beer lover and this place has tons of international beers!!! I think i might come back just for that!
