This is the worst Starbucks location. The customer service sucks and they are really slow. The people that work here are deaf or something because whenever I am ordering they say «WHAT!?» Literally, how rude. I went here a few days ago and a girl said what and started laughing. Really ridiculous. The drinks are bipolar sometimes, good and sometimes bad. But the service is TERRIBLE.

I’ve gone to this Starbucks so many times and every time I ask for EASY CARAMEL DRIZZLE, they give me extra. It’s so irritating, I think I’m just gonna stop asking for caramel :(

Stopped by this morning for a tea for myself. The drink was mostly ice and handed to me with beverage all over the outside of the cup. My wife got a coffee and an oatmeal. They forgot to give her a brown sugar packet as she requested. However, this is the fastest and least crowded Starbucks I’ve been to in the morning! For this reason alone, it deserves 4 stars and my return

Customer service is not evident at this location. SO slow 16 mins to get a coffee and i will add a pix… For those of you who get coffee when you see the pic you will know how long it sat there. Im pretty unhappy with this location. This was a treat, with the new program I wouldnt stop next month.

Only Starbucks with a drivetru on the east side of town. there’s another location at albertsons on Charleston but it’s limited. Staff here is friendly and funny I usually go for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich but it’s always hit or miss mistakes happen here and there, but it is what it is last time I was there I had to wait 10 – 15 min in drive tru I will admit I was getting angry and upset but when I pulled up to the window I didn’t really know why we had to wait so long but I didn’t give them a hard time maybe they were busy like any other place or the lady that was holding the line was being a B***h. I didn’t expect them to comp my drinks that was nice of them, they apologized for the inconvenience I just wish I had cash to give them gratuity for being professional and friendly keep up the good work

had to wait in line for 15mins for a salted caramel frap and the lady told me they ran out of whipped cream and salt. I was charged with the full amount too. this is the second time that they ran out of salt for my order the last time i went

I really enjoy coming to this location even tho is a little out of my way. But I only come if my favorite barista is working. Adrienne makes me the best drinks ever! Every time I order thought drive-​thru she has the cutest voice ever haha so random but I promise she will make your day. Such a sweet girl. Location can get pretty busy so make sure you have some extra time to spare.

Lady at the window was non professional.
Remade my drink 2x with an attitude and its still not right. I don’t understand why people become so entitled when you ask for something they don’t want to make, or are not use to making.
Its a 5 $ tiny coffee, there’s literally no room for mistakes.
I’ve never had service like this from this place before. She must be new. That alone will keep me from coming here ever again.

The service was nice both times I’ve been there. Only bad thing is I was charged differently for the same exact order on two different days.
Ordered a grande sweetened passion fruit tea subbed water for refresher. They gave me a venti cup and charged me $ 2.86. The next time I went they gave me a grande cup and charged me 3.84. This was my first time, my first two times ordering this drink so now I’m confused as to how much this drink actually cost.
I just paused my review and went in for a third time and this time I was charged $ 3.08.

I usually end up here with a hang over, and the employees always whip up the perfect cure (venti latte with four Equals)
Starbucks are all pretty consistent with their drinks, and how clean they are. What separates this location from the others are the great employees that work here.

I’ve been to many Starbucks over many years. I’ve even worked at a Starbucks for almost three years. I must say that this is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The people that work there are so friendly and work so efficiently. Everytime I go in there is always along line inside and in the drive-​thru, but you can tell it never stresses the baristas out. They are always smiling and making conversation with the customers, they might even throw a compliment at you.
I don’t like to get the usual boring items on the menu. I like to switch it up a bit and they highly encourage it. They’ll always tell me «that’s the craziest frap they’ve made in awhile «
Walking in, the place is always clean to perfection and if perfection is about to be lost the is someone else that comes out to fix it immediately! These people here truly seem like a family and will treat you the same. I highly recommend this location.
