I dislike writing poor reviews but maybe the manger will read some of these and realize there is a real problem with this teams customer service skills. The drinks were great and made quickly especially since I ordered 8 drinks. But ALL of the barista’s were snotty and rude, especially the heavy blondish older lady and Kyle. You weren’t busy at all and there were 6 of you. Please pay attention to your team, because I’m never going back there and I’m pretty sure you have lost other business due to their rudeness. Smh

Just tried to go through this drive thru and was treated like complete crap by the barista on the drive thru window. My girlfriend & i pulled up at the drive thru order menu, yes we we were giggling & she got pissed. So she said when your ready let me know. So in about 30 sec we said«we are ready», no answer. We waited about 30 sec«we are ready», still no answer, waited another 30 sec«we are ready». Nothing. So we drove up & waited behind the car in front of us. We pulled up to the window & not only were we completely ignored but she pointed at us& talked to her Co-workers. We are appalled at this«customer service» Now i have gone to this particular store several times & the AM shift is amazing!!! Not sure we’ll be back though.

There was no coffee in my coffee yet again! Second time at this location that they failed to put the coffee in my drink! Last time it was a latte that was just frothy milk, this time a frappuccino with no coffee whatsoever! It’s supposed to be a coffee shop. I have only been there a couple times but won’t go to this location again.

To the blonde girl whose name I don’t know working this morning 5÷10÷16 making the drinks. I waited patiently for my drink as I watched people who ordered after me get their drinks first. After about 5 mins, I finally went up and asked, very nicely, where my drink was. To which I was greeted with her attitude-y reply of, «Next time just ask us.» Duh hello what did you think I was doing? As if it was my fault that YOU forgot to give me my drink.

Drive-through was friendly and efficient. I had two cars in front of me, and still had my drink within about two minutes from order to pick up. The girl taking payment was smiling and happy to be there, a good way to start your morning.

So I went back because of course I believe in 2nd3rd and 15th chances. I can’t believe after being gone so long I got a green tea iced latte no classic and the milk was curdling, I’m disgusted. Vincent is mean. I DID get praline crumbles at this location on Saturday… Even though Vincent decided to rudely say«YOUDIDN’T GETTHEMHERE» Wow Vince… You had to do me like that? #cold 2÷22÷26− Once again NOT A PLEASANTBARISTAINTHEPLACE! So frustrating getting the wrong drinks, and receiving old soy milk in the cup. I’m over it. There should be a –1 rating available for places like this.

Really bad customer service! 5 stars for rudeness and poor people skills. Don’t order from Katasha she’s completely irritable, rude, and has a horrible demeanor. Surprisingly the rest of the staff was the same way. I guess bad energy is contagious and misery loves company. The«bad-attitude barista» at the window said remembering fraps is not easy and working there, «Starbucks» is hard. If working at «Starbucks» is hard, I’m not sure what your future goals are if any. Not too say it doesn’t get busy, but I really commend the people that have a great attitude under pressure and don’t take it out on the customer. DON’T GOHERE!

I am very disappointed at the customer service displayed here. My husband asked for the sangria black tea… he repeated his request TWICE and whomever was taking our order laughed it off as if we were dolts. I come to this location quite often because it is centrally located as to where we live. Consider taking your business elsewhere because the girl who took our order should have acted in a more professional manner and she should be fired! If I could, I would give this establishment a zero star rating.

I’, m a fan. We usually hit this one in the drive through, Orders always right, they are polite. Easy to get into, a bummer to get out, due to traffic. Otherwise, typical Starbucks. Wish I could say more. Handy to be right by a Lee’s. Try a Carmel Machiatto with some Carmel Vodka. Heh.

This place is impressive. EVERYTHING is clean and organized. They have a long bar for us business folk to sit and get comfie with our laptops! Lol. The menu is easy to read, the people are very helpful and did I say CLEAN!!! Cantasha was knocking my socks off she knew EVERYONE that came in here and what they usually order. She was upset king and movin and shakin the line right on thru! BEST Starbucks I have been too yet! ANDTHATISSAYINGALOT!

The drinks are always good, but if you are in a rush this is the slowest Starbucks. It sucks it’s the closest one to me. I’ve come all different times of day and the Starbucks line takes forever. It’s happened 3x in a row now.

I’ve been coming here more frequently and I have seen a great improvements on customer service. I have a couple of favorite baristas now. A lot of the employees know what I like and usually have my drink ready for me before I even get my receipt. One of the baristas helped me to my car when I orders a lot of coffee drinks to my car and everyone has been pretty cool and kind.

When I say«soy» it means that I’m lactose intolerant. So. Why would you give me regular milk if I ask for soy? Why charge me more for soy if you’re going to give me REGULAR milk. I’m at work now. I am an avid Starbucks drinker. I am not sure if it’s good or bad but I visit a Starbucks at least 4 times a week, some days twice. I had an early meeting by this location the other day saw the Starbucks and was overjoyed because I needed coffee bad!!! Kinda wished I would have driven closer to my office and just went to my «regular» Starbucks because I experienced my first negative experience EVER at a Starbucks. I went through the drive thru and waited almost 10 minutes before I got to the window and got my drink. But that’s not what made the experience negative because normally I don’t care to wait especially if I go through the drive thru because hey it happens. It was when I got to the window and had to deal with the cashier, he said hi and that’s pretty much it. He said«here» when he gave me my drink and then shut the window. I didn’t get a «thank you, have a good day»…or even a «bye». Now I know it was super early but WOW! I gave two stars because I still loveeee Starbucks! Might just not visit this location again.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The whole staff, every time I go, is rude. Whether is a snobby annoying girl or a lazy guy that makes it seem like his job is too much of a chore. The drinks are always watery or have giant chunks of ice. I can not stand this location. It shouldn’t even be labeled a Starbucks it’s such disgusting quality and an embarrassment.

I love this Starbucks! Seriously, they are always really helpful and nice and no matter how much they may want to, never get annoyed at my ridiculous orders. Like today! So, like, I may or may not have ordered a Butterbeer. Yes, that’s right. So, I give the lady the ingredients and she immediately shouts«Butterbeer!» and my nerd exploded very hard. All over. Not to mention she was apparently blasting Disney songs in the back room. I may be in love with her. But no, seriously, they were very friendly and very quick! Gave me my Butterbeer right away! And their upgraded place looks delightful.

Have been hearing about the BOGO happy hour Frappuccino prices from 3PM-5PM from a friend of mine. Eventually, I stopped here to give him one. Loved that this location has a drive-thru, and that the employee who helped me said they were half price, not necessarily BOGO– I didn’t want the extra calories. Was able to get my friend his treat, in a venti size, for under $ 3. Can’t beat that. Also, this deal applies to the featured frapp flavors including mocha cookie crunch– the one I got, which was delish.
