I’m writing this for my wife, she went here to get her hair colored as she wanted to get rid of the gray, the stylist that did her hair is named Tina, she colored it four days ago I just happen to be looking at it and told her they didn’t get all the gray out, she texted Tina and her reply was I don’t do redo’s and got very nasty with her saying that I must have a sight impediment, wrong I have ²⁰⁄₂₀ vision! she also said WELL you were happy when you left my wife replyed it was blown out and she couldn’t see under the layer’s with the mirror but now after me telling her she can see with mirror, Tina is not a professional and all she does is complain do not have her do your hair… P. S. and she charged $ 75.00 for this crap…

This is a great salon with great people. It’s not high end or fancy but they don’t charge overcharge. I’ve been getting my hair done by Pam for many years. When you find someone that does your hair the way you like, why go anywhere else? The clientele is mostly elderly but Pam has clients of all ages. As long as Pam is there, I’ll keep going back! I will never come back to this salon! I got a series done here by one of the stylists and she did a horrible job and than told me that she didn’t see anything wrong with it. I asked to speak to manager and she refused to tell me when the manager would be in or let me talk to or leave a message for them. She later talked to me completely disrespectfully after I had repeatively asked to please just speak to a manager! I was angried and completely in shock of how this business could let someone work here with that skill level and disrespect!

I’ve had the Asian guy Brian I think his name is do my nails and he does a good job! The aesthetician Maxine is really sweet and does great waxing! 2 lady’s here have done my hair but I can remember who! They both did a great job!

Mary Ann has moved on to the Luxe Salon near Simmons and Ann Road thank god.
Mary Ann was the only reason to be going to Spirals Salon. Mary Ann is worth the drive and again you get a professional haricut, styling, coloring, etc. at a very reasonable cost.

I WISH I COULD GIVE SHANEZ NEGATIVE STARS!!! She is the worst hair dresser EVER!!!
I took my grandmother over, and when I went back to pick her up I was in SHOCK at how awful her hair looked. Shanez gave me some lame excuse on why her hair looked so awful. OK I have been getting my hair done for decades so I do know a thing or 2 about color!!!
I proceeded to ask her SEVERAL times did you test dry a piece to see if that was the color my grandmother would like! Shanez refused to answer me, I asked about 5 more times this very simple question and the bitch said «Don’t make me mad»
I guess she thinks that it’s just ok to rip off the elderly and push them out the door before they get a chance to say anything! She took the 45.00 dollars from my grandmother before I got there otherwise I would have refused to pay for that crap!
Another hairdresser tried to fixed it the best she could with what the bitch Shanez did but my grandmother’s couldn’t afford to pay more after being ripped off by Shanez. When Shanez was done with her next client, SHE RAN out of the salon without even an apology!!!
SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON’T RISK LETTING THIS LADY ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR HAIR!!!
