MANNERS.He said only two words to me and he left the room!!!

After two years of trying to get my cardiology records by myself and Dr. Kalla finally I made a second trip to this office and was put off by one of the receptionist with a foreign accent. She gave me the medical records phone number who don’t answer or return phone calls. I went and got in line again and Gracie helped me after I signed the form she printed out my cardiology records and handed them to me in an envelope. What a gem of an employee. I’m a year away from getting my fourth pacemaker/​defibrillator. Finally results.

I lost my father to cancer recently and have had trouble sleeping. I was charged $ 35 and told to go get Unisom. My doctor didn’t even stay in the room long enough to know that I have a bottle on my nightstand and it doesn’t work. He was rude, and very passive aggressive during the 30 seconds that he spoke to me. I want my copay back!!!

As of November 19, 2015, i have an employee who3 years old, and has seen Dr. Arthur Maisto, several times. He has ordered Blood work and a CT scan, and wanted her to wait until February for a Upper Endoscopy. She can’t Talk, it hurts when she swallows and she has difficulty breathing at times. Please Run as far as you can from this doctor. The care provided to this patient, is against medical guidelines and is severely misdiagnosed! Horrible, Horrible keep your family away, as i will continue a complaint to the State Board of Physicians!

I cut my finger and went in to the closest urgent care. There was a sign that the wait time was 1.5 hours. But the trioge nurse saw me to access the problem. They bandaged me up and tried directing me to another urgent care as they didn’t take my insurance. I was not charged for the access meant.

Better to go see a voodoo doctor. Blood in urine? No infection. You’ve been on the same medicine for years? You don’t need it. 2 doctors, last Eric Miller both were useless, unless having me leave with anxiety was their goal. See real doctors people. This place is like a welfare line and a waste of time.

Maybe I’m just spoiled or accustom to a certain level of medical care from having an amazing family doctor growing up.
I feel like the doctors here just want to get you in and get you out and not really spend any time actually listening to what’s wrong or diagnosing your symptoms.
I’m sure they are busy and probably overworked, but this is your job. If I wanted a five second diagnosis and a doctors note with prescriptions that I’m not even sure if I should be taking based in the fact that you haven’t listened to any of my symptoms, I would go to a Walgreens clinic.
Everyone I felt with from the receptionist to the actual Dr was very nice and they did make me feel very comfortable. The waiting room was very spacious and clean.
I just really think I need to look into a primary care dr so I don’t have to come here again.

Went in with ear infection. Got right in, and paperwork was minimal. Saw the Dr. Got my meds. Called in to pharmacy and was out in less than an hour. People were helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back when needed.

I’m not going to complain about that staff because the staff is actually really sweet. But «Doctor» YAMATO is just plain out TRASH, I can’t believe how unprofessional and rude he was without even saying hi! I went to this location before about a year ago, and dealt with a woman, and she was so sweet. My feelings were extremely hurt, I waited from 9:30am to almost 2pm, and he didn’t do nothing nor say anything, actually it was this nice assistant who kept checking on why he was taking so long since he wasn’t doing anything! I really felt like I was being racially profiled and that’s really big out here in Vegas, people try and deny things in that such. BUT ITS REALity ! No matter how delusional people want to be. I just feel sorry for people that deal with him, because he is so trash and rude. UGH. HES TRASH. AND YOUNCAN TELL HE LIVES A MISERABLE LIFE.

Recently passed a kidney stone and ended up in Urgent Care due to the pain. The staff was quick and accommodating (probably because I was screaming in pain) and tried their hardest to get me in, scanned and medicated ASAP. (Except the front desk guy. He took his sweet time to finish the next person’s paperwork, staple it, shuffle it and put it away before he sighed and called me up.) I didn’t catch the names of any of the staff, or I was probably too groggy to remember, but they all seemed to genuinely care and made sure I was comfortable.
The only upsetting thing was the fact that my doctor didn’t go over my results with me. All she told me was that I had a kidney stone I was passing. Later, my medical records were updated online but we had no idea who to contact or what any of the numbers went. I would have rather waited for her to explain than to get home and have no idea how my health is. Also, Urgent Care on a Friday is PACKED! I arrived at 9:30 and was not given a CAT scan until about ~10:40. Shortly before that I was medicated, but spent the time before that rolling around on the bed screaming. Then, I wasn’t released until about noon.

If you’ve been with Southwest Medical for a while, chances are you remember Pediatrician, Rutu Ezhuthachan (Dr. E) and chances are you have not found another like her.
Yesterday, our son had an appointment with Chelsea Sanduski. She is young, beautiful, kind and just carried herself so much like Dr. E. We loved her and our son felt very happy and comfortable with her.
Just thought I would let y’all know since finding the right doc can be hard. :D

The doctor sucks, all there doctor graduated from Africa or the Caribbean. Thats so fuck up.
The only good this is the staff is friendly.
In addition some of the doctors can’t even speak English. Foreign doctors…

I came here last Thursday with my ear Hurting so freaking bad ! I did not want to come to southwest ever again due to the location on rancho that was a nightmare. I didn’t get out until 6 am. Anyways, I looked online wait time was 20 mins. I went in and 3 ppl where there. I was called right away and went back. Dr was fast and prompt very friendly too. My ear drum was about to burst. Medication is helping but the fast service was refreshing. I will go to this location again.

First time coming here… And I wasn’t disappointed. From the moment I walked in the super attentive allied Barton security guard was leading everyone in the right direction, they have the self check in which is awesome but I couldn’t use it because I was there for the first time. Check in was quick, and every single person I came into contact with was extremly helpful and professional. The nurse practicioner Kevin springer who saw me was incredible and has great bedside manner. Will go back in the future, hopefully it will be equal to this experience.

South West Medical Associates has several locations but the office near our home and every other location were fully booked, so I jumped to their soonest open appointment here on S. Eastern.
We took our 6 wk old here for a check up. Our NPC was Doc. Kight. Our experience with her was above and beyond from what we had expected in comparison from our previous experience with doctors. Kight was very informative, pleasant and careful with our baby. She made it feel like not just any ordinary doctor visits; she took her time, displayed her kindness and answered our questions. We are very pleased to have her for our daughters pediatrician. As it is hard to find genuine, honest and kind hearted doctors now a days that are in it just for the money.

Most of the time when you are here it is because you are sick and already feeling down. Its easy to look around and think you will never get called to see the doctor and question why you are waiting.
I recently visited this location with my wife who was very sick. I had to do all of the paperwork and help her around as she needed assistance. They got us to a room within 10 mins and began the normal questioning and tests. I was there for 6 hours which wasn’t great but I know it was because they needed to have the results in before trying different medications, understandable!
The staff was very helpful and understanding to someone who was miserable from the pain and answered all of the questions I had as well. I have been here before for some of my own issues and though at times the wait is unbearable, I feel I am under pretty decent care. Thank you to the Drs and staff!

Waited for an hour and half after my scheduled appointment only to talk to a nurse practitioner who had NO answers for me. I went full on Vegan the first of the year and Ive been having some issues with it. She didnt know what Veganism even was. awesome. So i opted out for just an allergy shot and considering I had none of my usual after effects from it and my allergies are still horrendous im wondering if it was actually a kennalog shot at all. I wont be returning.
