I went here today to fix my iPad screen, it was pretty bad. I was concerned about quality since repair places can be a hit or miss and I dropped the iPad on the corner so the casing was a little damaged. I just picked up my iPad (same day, took them about two hours) and it’s perfect. The screen works great and looks great and the smashed up corner wasn’t a problem at all. I wanted to leave a review because I know it’s really hard to trust a company with repairs on technology, so I wanted to give a shout out and let other people know this place is reliable. I believe Jovan is the name of the person who helped me!

I took my iPhone here when I was visiting Vegas to have a broken screen repaired. The glass was shattered. The price was $ 115, which is much higher than the other iphone repair shop that I’ve used locally in Arizona, and the customer service was very poor. After just a couple of weeks I took my phone out of the case and saw that the screen was coming off of the phone, so now I’ll need to take it in again somewhere to have it properly fixed. I came here based on the Unilocal reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I payed $ 245 to fix my iPhone 6 plus. The gentlemen were money hungry individuals and promised me they could fix my phone. They gave me a new lock button which doesn’t work anymore and shuts my phone off all day automatically. They gave me a new screen that flickers on and off all day. Do not use these guys. Go to the Apple Store and pay a little bit more and get wayyyyyy better service. It’s not worth the hassle in the long term. Now I have to spend another $ 150 just to get the screen repositioned and a new lock button :/

I have been here at least 4 times to have different iPhones fixed. Every time the service has been fantastic! They’re quick with turnaround, professional and reasonably priced. I always tell my friends to come here when they have phone issues. So grateful SmartFix exists!

I have been to smart fix for couple of time so far and want to let you know that it’s the best place to get your wireless toys fixed.
This store look and is better than any other repair shops in town. Not only how it looks, the people at SmartFix know what they are doing. First time I went there with my broken iPad and they fixed it right away, although they were busy.
Second time was when my wife broke her iPhone when she went for a walk with her dog. Stupid dog decided to chase another dog and she dropped her iPhone. I went there with the broken iPhone and was out in less than 22 minutes and one thing it was quality service, was much chipper than any other shops.
I went recently for my desktop service as my 15 years old decide to go to different site and got virus, they fixed that too in same day isn’t that amazing. And one more thing it cost me only $ 80 for all that in se day service.
Thank you SmartFix and team for being there and helping us for our daily need. I would strongly recommend SmartFix for any repair and would be back for any help I need. I really appreciate your help.

Have you broken your phone recently?
smart fix is a go go place as i have been there couple of times. And I would recommend this place for everyone who is looking for repair done in right way.
I have tried many others places and none of them are as good as smart fix. I went there and they helped me right away.
Did you know there are other repair shops who do the same service for less, if you care about saving its not the place but if you are one of those who wouldn’t mind paying $ 5 – 10 more for quality repair it’s the best place you can find in las vegas. And don’t forget to check in you get free screen protector.

brought my smart phone in for repair was told it was the power connection and to return in an hour, it turns out it wasn’t the power source, in fact he couldn’t fix it at all and in addition he decided to fix it by replacing the power button, which also didn’t work, he handed me back the broken phone and charged me 20 dollars… I wouldn’t ever do business again with a company that nickle and dimes its customers and doesn’t return an item that is working properly. Its very low class to treat customers like that. if you want to make 20 dollars fast at least work for it. maybe go to the corner with a sign around your neck that says «I really don’t know how to fix phones, but ill tell you i do, then charge you money for a broken phone»

Brought my Retina display iPad here to have the screen repaired because it was cracked. It now has a new screen but the quality of the display looks horrible. It has a grid and little dotted lines all over the entire screen that are visible all the time. Waste of $ 120. Should have just bought a new one.

It’s been a little less than a year since I’ve gotten the repair on my phone and the screen has definitely fell apart. The screen no longer sits in place and is actually popping out of the phone so the light from the screen can be seen through the cracks on the side. It has become difficult to use the phone because the screen is sensitive and when using the phone against my ear, my cheek ends up pushing the buttons while I am on the phone and will put the speaker on mute or on hold. This happened within months after getting my phone fixed and now have to use a thick phone case to hold the screen together. Not worth what I paid for. I highly suggest paying the extra money and get your phone screen fixed at an Apple store.

this place honestly sucks. they fixed my cracked gold iPhone 5s screen awhile back, and the screen started to slightly fall out at the top. i could literally see the light from the screen from inside my iPhone. over the past 6 months, i have gone in about 3 or 4 times to tell them about this issue. they simply «glue the screen back in» and then its falling out again a week later. whenever i’m talking on the phone, the phone screen doesn’t go off, so i’m constantly being muted or putting people on hold. aside from that, the white paint from the interior of the iPhone screen is chipping off, which shows how crappy quality these screens are. i’m also a college student who can’t afford spending a ton of money on a new screen or a new phone :(

Smart Fix seems to be one of the more reliable phone repair places in Las Vegas.
I have had my iPad and both iPhones repaired here. Yep I tend to smash my devices on a regular basis and I never learn.
Located along West Charleston next to a Taekwondo studio dojo, corner store and a Pilates studio. Smart fix is pretty easy to find with a decent sized sign out front.
To repair the screen on a iPhone/​IPad the pricing can vary depending on how new the phone is. Iphone 5 is around $ 100. But to repair a iPhone 6 is around $ 200. Smart Fix seems like a no B. S kinda business. Takes around 1hr to fix and don’t try to up sell you garbage you don’t need.

Same story: Dropped my LG G2 and shattered the screen and the digitizer. Boo :(
I personally replaced my last phones (droid) glass pane with help of youtube and amazon (about $ 50 and took me 3 hours to do and it wasnt perfect)
So I decided I wanted to go the more faster. convienent, and professional route this time. Dropped it off at 11:30 — picked it up at 1:30. Everything is great, guys were very nice and helpful. paid $ 173 (included taxes) Done and Done ! Thank you Smart Fix !

I went there to get my phone screen replaced, at first they said it would be $ 80 to fix it. So then i ordered my screen from online so it would be cheaper for them to fix it. I went again and told them i ordered the screen and told me it would be $ 50, so i then went today with my phone to get fixed but they told me it would be $ 80 even i have the part to fix it. they are rude and greedy.
I HIGHLY RECOMEND THAT YOU DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE

I dropped my iPhone 4s and shattered my screen. Womp womp… So I decided to try this place out since it was close to where my dog was being groomed. It cost $ 65 dollars to get the screen replaced and they said it would take about an hour.
I got a call 25 minutes later saying the repairs were done and I could pick it up! Woohoo it looked good as new! I also checked in to Unilocal and got a free screen protector on top of my new screen. I also had some messed up speakers due to some water damage, and I think they tinkered with that too and was able to salvage some of it, because my speakers sound better too.
Before getting the repair done, I asked if they used the same glass as what’s already on the phone and they said yes. But I noticed the brightness on my phone isn’t what it used to be. I used to have the brightness halfway, now I have it adjusted to the max brightness. If I have it on halfway, I could barely see anything. But I’d take a new screen that isn’t as bright over a cracked screen any day.

Dropped my Samsung GS4 and the screen was shattered. The phone would turn on but it the screen remained black.
I took it to Kandel, and he replaced the screen in about a half hour that same day. He also fixed the sound — it wasn’t making any sounds since I had dropped it.
The service was quick, effective, and EXACTLY what I needed. Phone works great once again! I will definitely be returning to Smart Fix for any other phone/​computer related issues.
