Sing Sing Sign

This was my second experience working with these guys. In both occasions I had an urgency and they were able to meet my deadline which was same day service. Thanks Brian for getting it done on time and correct.
I would strongly recommend these guys if you are facing a time sensitive project and you want reasonable pricing. Twice they have not failed me.

These fucks sold me some decals for my box truck and told me it would last 5yrs the piece of shit didn’t last 5 months the decals tore off the side of truck when the winds came. Don’t buy anything thing from these clown cause they’re full of shit can’t even stand behind they’re product.

15 days and still waiting for business cards even though I brought them print ready Illustrator files and was promised 4 – 7 business day turn around. All they did was upload them to a 3^rd party service for printing (
)… I even stopped to check on the order a few times and never once did they bother following up. Don’t plan on using them ever again. In hindsight I should have used one of my usual online print shops (

) and I would have had the cards last week…

Very rude and poor customer services. I called and ask for a business neon sign estimate. And he pick up the phone with an attitude. Every question I ask he answer with a stuck up question like its a joke. Very unprofessional. Don’t these people learn anything about customer services before they open a business? Guess not. Do t come here. I bet most of the good review are fake or from theirs friends.

These guys are fast and talented. They definitely know what they’re doing, and won’t just print what you request without verifying that it will look good. Staff is a team of graphic designers rather than people trained to push buttons and collect your money. Pixelation issues do not happen here. Have ordered several banners and signs, turnaround is quick, prices are reasonable, and quality is great.

I had to order banners for my bakery when selling at local farmers market. I found this business on Unilocal and am so happy that I did!
I called up Sing Sing on a Thursday around 5:30pm. Someone answered the phone right away and I explained to him (Brian, I think) what I needed. He was very helpful and explained some pricing briefly. I asked him if he could email me for more information. He emailed me right away within the hour.
I did not reply until Saturday morning and told Brian I have no template or anything. I also gave him a very vague idea as to what I imagine. Brian and his team went straight to work. By the afternoon, James from Sing Sing sent me a proof. I really liked it right away but being a woman and all, I ended up going back and forth with the design. James ended up giving me 12 proofs before I could decide on it. Not once did I sense James being frustrated with me.
They are opened seven days a week, so I stopped by on Sunday around 4pm and paid. The banners were ready to be picked up by Monday around 4pm. Awesome!
Two banners: 4×3 and 8×3; grommeted and hemmed; all for $ 68. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this business! Thanks, guys!

Fast and good quality

Great customer service and very fast turnaround for custom signs. I came in here a few days ago on a Wednesday to design an «A» Frame sign and table cloth for trade show events. I literally got to sit down and do the design layout with the graphic designer Albert who was a real pleasure to work with. That’s a HUGE plus as to why I’m writing such a positive review, because most places you have to keep going back and forth wasting so much valuable time. The fact I could leave knowing I had a solid proof and order placed literally saved me countless man hours. Kudos for Sing Sing Sign making that part of there business.
He said my product would be ready by Friday 4PM, got it at 11AM this morning. Just in time for tomorrow’s venue. I can’t tell you how thrilled and happy I am with this place. Keep up the great work guys your competitors could learn a thing or two from you!

I have been trying to get two outdoor signs made for two weeks now. Went to several Fastsigns and Signarama locations, as well as a few inde shops and never got a call back. Sing sing was recommended by a friend.
I stopped into Sing Sing today and was immediately given service. Got my signs designed and ready for pick up in 10 minutes. A little higher priced but well worth it.
I strongly recommend this shop if you need outdoor signs fast. The service is quick and good. Staff is very nice too.

These guys have a great product and fair prices. The Customer service is horrible. I needed to pay up front for another sign, a sign they have made before and wanted to pay by credit card over the phone and sign the cc slip in person when I pick up the sign. They refused saying it was their «policy». I explained that the parking lot was usually full and hard to get a trailer thru and that I would have to drive down from North Las Vegas to Chinatown, hand them the card, drive back to North Las Vegas then drive back to Chinatown to pick up the banner when it was ready and return to North Las Vegas.
All I need them to do was charge the card over the phone making it easy for me to do business with them, and they refused.
The competition is fierce in the banner business and unfortunately you are forcing me to use a competing business.
I suggest that anyone reading this review choose another company, one that understands customer service and makes doing business with them easy.

I needed a banner for my son’s soccer team that was reasonably priced with a quick turnaround time. I found Sing Sing Sign on Unilocal with rave reviews. It was a Saturday, and I was surprised that they were open to take my order. Within a few days, I had the banner ready for my son’s soccer league opening ceremony.
I highly recommend Sing Sing Sign. A+++

I just had to write a feedback on them. I wanted correction, «after», I approved my e-​mail proof. Luckily, I made it in the nick of time.
Then again, wanted to make another correction, after approved… unfortunately, they have already started printing.
James was kind of enough to give me another set for half the cost.
They are patience, nice & kind.
They work really fast on sending out proof.
Brought a design in for a business card and they couldn’t do it.
I was disappointed, but James was trying to work with what I had and said that he can create a «similar» design… and guess what?
IT WAS BETTER THAN WHAT I HAD BROUGHT IN.

Another win from Sing Sing. Emailed them a pdf at 6pm on Thursday. Got a quote and a proof back at 6:15pm. 2×3 custom foam board was done by 2pm the next day. 20hr turnaround. Not. Too. Shabby.
