Established in 2011.

Established in the small town of Brownsburg, Indiana, Info Tech Help began assisting customers with honest, low-​cost technical support to residential and small businesses. Later relocating to Indianapolis, Indy Tech Help provided the same great friendly and reliable work. While continuing to service the greater Indianapolis area, owner Neil Nelson realized the potential for growth. As a former 15-​year resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, Neil expanded on the same core principles and continues to share what his technological expertise with the great people of Southern Nevada.

I have been in the IT industry for about 18 years with experience in a vast array of technologies. I feel that customer service is key in this industry and building relationships with customers is vital. I am always attempting to gain knowledge about any project I am on, allowing my proficiency to constantly be growing. I currently run Sin City Tech in Las Vegas, NV. Sin City Tech is a computer repair business which services the greater Las Vegas are. In my curricular activities I enjoy art, animals and food. I am continuing to take Microsoft Exams to obtain certifications. With my free time I volunteer for several causes including the Humane Society.
