Sin City Brewing Co. is a Las Vegas-​based brewery creating premium craft beer. Produced to satisfy both the craft-​savvy drinker and those with a preference for a traditional domestic style beer, the microbrewery offers beers that accentuate the indulgent nature of Las Vegas. The Las Vegas beers are brewed in small batches (100 kegs at a time) using premium raw materials and a strict adherence to the Rheinheitsgebot, the 1516 German beer purity law. In addition to a seasonal brew that is rotated throughout the year, Sin City Brewing Co. has created five signature craft beers available on tap at each of its locations, including an IPA, a German Hefeweizen, a light beer, a stout and an Oktoberfest-​style amber ale.

History

Established in 2005.

The craft beer scene has exploded in Las Vegas. Sin City Brewing Co. is a local craft brewery brought by Master Brewer Rich Johnson, who has been brewing beer since the beginning of the craft revolution. Sin City Brewing Co. creates approachable yet flavorful beers that are distributed exclusively in Las Vegas. Sin City Brewing Co. also features a popular retail line that is available through its online store and at its branded bars in Miracle Mile Shops, The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian and Harmon Corner. About the Brewmaster — Richard Johnson

Leveraging 25 years of brewing history and experience building breweries throughout North America, Rich Johnson established his own craft beer label a decade ago: Sin City Brewing Co. His distinctive recipes for Sin City’s beers celebrate the rich tradition and art of crafting German lagers and English ales. Acclaimed for his award-​winning beers, Johnson has been professionally brewing since the beginning of the craft revolution and was the former Director of Brewing Operations for Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurants.
