A very professional & experienced DOULA. I’ve seen her work & she is absolutely amazing. When she is with you her knowledge & experience shines through! Her prior employment as a hospital-​hired Doula in Missouri and level of clientele she has cared for here in Vegas shows her level of experience. She knows how to talk to parents & hospital staff alike with a level of knowledge I haven’t seen in the Doula world. She totally & completely is with you in the moment & is dedicated to giving you the best care. Her fee is reasonable & fair & probably too low for her level of experience! She has even been know to catch a baby or two in times of necessity. Highly respected & deserving of her fee. We all deserve to be able to feed our families & pay for the sitter when we have dedicated ourselves to being on call & there for someone when the exciting moment of birth arrives! Highly recommended!

Brie was wonderful! This was my first child and I was really nervous and wanted everything to be as natural a possible. Needless to say nothing ever goes as planned. But Brie was a great advocate. She gave me as much information as I needed to make the best decisions for me and my family. She was my sounding board, held my hand when I was upset and angry when my body wasn’t cooperating. I would truly have her help me with my next!

I can not imagine birthing without Brie by my side! I would not have achieved the amazing VBAC I did without her help! She truly loves what she does and cares for the moms she works with. I love having her in my corner! I hope to have her DELIVER my third! =D

Not professional! Not cooperative! Not sure if she is properly motivated to be in this role. Could not imagine having her being a part of such a wonderful day. Future mommies beware!
Update following owners post: Briana the owner has a contract she has her clients sign that states you must cancel 60 days prior to the delivery date or you owe the full balance of$ 750. This is totally understandable due to the opportunity cost associated with her taking someone on as a client as she has to schedule out due dates.
It’s important to know that we met with Briana 45 – 50 days prior to the due date, so we didn’t hinder her ability to take on any clients, we were basically easy extra money. The 60 days language did not apply to us as we didn’t have the opportunity to have a cancellation timeframe.
We met with Briana, my wife had an interview with her, then she came over once to… I guess get her contract signed. I paid her $ 200 at her request, as my wife was ok to use her. Later, a few weeks, my wife brought up in passing how I felt about her. I told her she seems fine, but I didn’t think she’d be comfortable with someone else in the room since this is a very private affair. My wife agreed and (this is two weeks after the first technical meeting with Briana). She promptly emailed Briana to cancel her services, willing to pay half of the fee (FOR ONE VISIT!) Briana spewed the same line she did in her rebuttals, of course without the facts of the scenario.
So Briana charge us late fees up to $ 948 and has now enlisted the help of a collection agency to basically get paid for nothing.
My wife and I have hired an attorney and will absolutely not pay her more than offered for her doing basically nothing. We are so passionate about this that we will pay 10x what she states we owe before paying her. We actually sent her a check to bring the total paid to half of her fee and are still awaiting a response, probably not going to accept. But I promise this is going to cost both sides well over $ 948.
The issue that I have with Briana is intent and disposition. I don’t feel that she does this for the right reasons as evident by her actions to get paid for really not doing much. This event is and was very special, and for someone (Briana) to be OK with taking action this way, for me (a healthcare professional, RN and wife also an RN) puts a small smudge on this event. So… This review is meant for a would be client, whether you agree or not, you can at least consider yourself informed of something other than the 5 star BS (probably from acquaintances) others posted. Never trust ⁵⁄₅ for everything, that seriously calls into question objectivity and honesty.

Very professional! Briana did the placenta encapsulation pills for me. Her service was amazing. She came to my home, picked up my placenta and came back the next day with my pills. I would recommend her services to anybody

This review is overdue! If I could give Briana 100+ stars, I would. When we first met at my consultation, it felt like I’d known her forever. She is kind, compassionate, and professional and has the patience of a saint. She went above and beyond to assist me during one of the most emotionally and physically trying times of my life — the birth of my son. She was an excellent resource before, during and after labor. And although labor may not have gone exactly as planned (42 hour labor culminating in a c-​section) Brie was there every step of the way, providing support on so many levels. I couldn’t have done it without her, and I won’t even think of trying next time!

Took Briana’s cloth diapering class today. Tons of info. Very informative. Awesome class!

Briana went above and beyond when assisting me as I prepared to give birth to my son — attempted VBAC. Even when things didn’t go as planned, she was there every step of the way. (Hospital & c-​section). She is professional, knowlegable and compassionate. Her fees are competitive. I really appreciated the post-​partum home visit to check up on us.

Briana. Is a rockstar. After a medicated birth of our first child, I decided that I wanted to be fully present and unmedicated for the birth of our second. And I wanted a hospital birth. And I wanted a Doula. And I feared that a Doula may not support our choice for a hospital birth. My search led me to Sin City Birth. And others. But Brie’s profile «spoke» to me in a way that others didn’t. And I was comforted by the fact that she’d been employed in a hospital which gives her a level of expertise that others don’t necessarily bring to the table. She has seen a lot. And she knows the options. And she speaks the hospital language that maybe I don’t. And she supported our decision to do our thing in the hospital. Fast forward to our birth. I labored at home until it became apparent that I needed to be at the hospital. Like 20 minutes ago. I called Brie with my cry for help and, despite living on the opposite end of the valley from us, she met us at the hospital within minutes of when we arrived. Because she’s smarter than I, and she knew that I’d need her. And she waited patiently nearby for me to realize I needed her. And, while my husband rocked the early labor pain relief techniques she taught us, he couldn’t give me the physical relief I needed during transition. In my foggy state of transitional labor, I knew immediately when she’d arrived. With her welcome cold hands applying super-​human counter pressure, and her intense, no-​nonsense eye contact, she got me through to the birth of our beautiful baby. And then the doctor arrived. That was 6 months ago. And I still remember the impact she had. I am so thankful for the control she took that I needed in those moments, that my husband wouldn’t have known how to, and that the nurses (God bless their work) wouldn’t have focused on. Brie helped ME. She is really good at what she does. She’s passionate about birth. And about empowering women. She’s necessary. And she’s a rockstar.
