Established in 2009.

Kirk Sanford founded Sightline Payments LLC to raise gaming-​transaction products to a new level, while also making them available to casinos at a lower cost than over-​priced systems already in use. The chief executive officer and president of Sightline Payments accomplished this goal by assembling a team — including executive vice president of business development Tom Sears and executive vice president of sales Diran Kludjian — with more combined experience in the gaming industry than any other company in this line of business. The result: an affordable suite of high-​quality cash-​access and ticket-​redemption solutions and services.

Mr. Sanford is a pioneer and leader in payment and marketing services to the casino industry and prior to the announcement of retirement in 2007, he was the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of Global Cash Access Inc. (NYSE: GCA). Mr. Sanford’s entrepreneurial leadership took GCA from a start-​up company to a NYSE public company with more than $ 1.5Billion market capitalization. Mr. Sanford has completed various M&A, leverage recapitalizations, high yield financings, private equity, and initial public offerings.
