Jay and his helper did an excellent job on our carpets and tile floors. They were able to get all the grout cleaned as well. They are very cautious not to damage the walls with their equipment. Where ever there was potential contact with a wall corner or stair rails, there was a guard. There were a couple of pet accidents that Jay was able to take care of as well. As the tenant, we passed our walk through inspection and received our entire deposit back. Sierra stands by the quality work they do and it is very apparent they are worth every penny. Highly recommended!

I’ve seen Jay work magic on carpet I thought was a goner. I’ve called him numerous occasions when a tenant moves out and the carpets need to get cleaned. I recommend him for houses and not condos though because his set-​up requires a connection to his van.
