It’s just part of their shitty problems.:(((ew
+3/​11/​2016 They told me they’ll call me back today, but They didn’t call me back again. It’s like 7or 8 times. and they still don’t know who am i and what’s their fault. (They charged twice and steal my money and never pay back my money. please just read my first review) please shut down your store!!! THIS STORE IS THE WoRst and they are uking STuPid !!!:) they’re really sick. they have no idea for thinking something or remever something. they are really really poor. really stupid bullshit.

The shoe selection here was great. Mostly the newer trendy type.
The prices, for being in Las Vegas, are actually not too bad. Yes, there is a slight markup, but overall they are okay.
Service was great here too. A gentleman welcomed us as we entered the store and came around a few minutes later to see if we had any questions. I requested a few shoes to try on, and unlike some other stores that are always out of the typical men’s sizes, they brought all of the shoes out.
They have active attire here as well. Not a bad place to stop by for some comfortable shoes for walking on the long Vegas strip.

Oh boy, I just experienced a whole new world of rude! When asked for a specific style of shoe, the clerks response was maybe try shoe cleaner. I had laces I wanted to purchase, but I guess we aren’t allowed to hold of merchandise, rather hand it over to the clerk for him to hold. When I asked why I couldn’t just walk it up to the counter so I could pay for it, he insisted he had to carry it there for me? Really? Whatever… Will not have to worry about experiencing their rudeness again!
