Service King Collision Repair of Azure

I give an extra star because this wasn’t a place I chose to go, but where I was forced to go by the insurance company of the asshat that hit my parked truck in a parking lot. So, off to Service King I go. The point and force of impact at least suggest a frame check. Oh no… Service King won’t put my vehicle on a rack to do an actual ESTIMATE like they are paid to do, they’ll take a smartphone picture and let an algorithm do the work for them. To hell with your algorithm and your lazy add form of a joke of an ‘estimate’. Go rip someone else off. it won’t be me. Service King is more like Suck King.

Like it did the day I drove it off the showroom floor. Service King is a top notch collision repair shop with amazing customer service. My car was done on time and the price was correct. Thank you Cody Wheeler and Stormy and the whole team at the Azure location for the outstanding customer service.

I went there because Findlay Honda next door recommended it for some work I needed done. I had never been there before. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter in the front. I turned to my left and saw a lady talking to a man behind the counter. So I walked down the hallway to ask a question on the steps I needed to take to get my work done, like parts, scheduling… The lady I had seen was actually an employee — Stormy. She had such an attitude, and was rude and very dismissive with me for entering this area. She acted like I had entered a top secret military zone. I turned around and walked out and will never return.
If this is the face of Service King when someone first enters, you might want to rethink that. You definitely lost my business and who knows how many others, which eventually affects your bottom line.
Also if Findlay Honda happens to be reading this, I would suggest you recommend another place to your loyal customers, so you do not receive any backlash from poor experiences there.

This is actually two reviews in one. Both are one star (zero stars if I could). My wife was rearended with severe damage to the back of her van. Our insurance sent us here based «on the quality of work.» The estimate was given and an appointment for repair was made. They called two days before the promised date saying the van was ready. Great… except…when we got it home we noticed there were still scratches that weren’t fixed and some buff work that wasn’t done. We called to get it finished and… get this… they said we had to make another appointment! So we made the appointment, waited, and took it back. After a second time without our vehicle, we picked it up and when we got it home, guess what… the buff work STILL wasn’t done! I decided to take it to the manager and ask him what was going on. I wanted to show him because in the meantime MY truck had been hit (again the insurance sent us there). I asked him why I should bring my truck to them when they have screwed around fixing my wife’s van. His response…“Meh, want do you want me to do?” No real apology. No promise of it not happening again. No offer to expedite the truck. Nothing! Soooo… I leave my truck with them. I get 4 texts over the repair period saying things were going great and should be ready on schedule BUT I would be notified of any delays. The promised day of delivery I don’t hear anything. At 4:10 I make the call and I’m told that it’s on schedule for 5:30. Then at 4:21 I get a call saying that in fact it won’t be ready. Incredibly annoying mainly because 1. They told me it would be ready. 2. They said they’d let me know about delays. 3. They weren’t forthcoming with the delay and I had to make other arrangements. But in my mind, I’m ok with it because it’ll be right when I pick it up. So I get a call today saying it is ready to go. Great. I go pick it up and AS WE’RE DRIVING AWAY MY WIFE CALLS ME AND SAYS THE TAILLIGHT THAT WAS «SUPPOSED» TO BE FIXED ISN’T WORKING! This place is a circus with the top graduates from clown school. If you enjoy spikes in blood pressure from people who couldn’t care less about you, your vehicle, or your complaints, then you should definitely come here for repairs. AND you’ll get to come back multiple times because there’s no way it’ll be done right the first time!

We took our vehicle to this Service King after it was broken into in our driveway. I cannot overstate how above and beyond the fine folks went to to put our car back together. In addition to being completed two days ahead of schedule, it looks brand new on the side repaired. We couldn’t be happier with the service, honesty and integrity of those working at the Azure location. Thank you!

I wish I was provided the level of service that the other people that put reviews on here got. My car has been there 2 weeks and I got updates via text ¹²⁄₂₈ saying that my car was on track to be done by January 5, 2016. It probably didn’t help that I was dumped off by one service writer, Wayne, to another mid repair. They have done absolutely NOTHING with my car, except get a check from my insurance company. I called and they placed blame on my insurance, so I called and my insurance, they are blaming Service King. I am disappointed in both companies for dropping the ball. I became a low priority for Service King and this has caused me a LOT of stress. I now have to depend on someone to get up at 4am to take me to work every day, as I cannot afford another $ 300 a week rental car. I will never use Service King again, and I will tell everyone I know not to use them either, including my insurance company, the ones that recommended them to me. I have no idea when my car will be done because no one there can give me a solid answer. If I could give zero stars, I would!

I know «like it never even happened» is the slogan of a different company, but the work Service King did on our car was so extraordinary it applies here as well! The level of service and quality of work done by this branch of Service King would be impossible to overstate! Thank you Billy Murray for assembling and managing such an amazing team. Special thanks to Francisco Paredes, who was our contact point throughout, and personally took an interest in us and our car! That the repairs came in under the estimate was just icing on the cake!

We have worked with the previous company at this location, Collision Authority, on several occasions. We have really enjoyed the other company and were sad to see that they had left. The previous employees were great, attentive to our needs, and very helpful.
It’s definitely stressful enough to get your car fixed after an accident… You don’t need the repair shop making it worse. Well, that’s exactly what the new company did. When we called up, expecting to have at least similar service to our previous trips here… Wow! Were we ever surprised.
Some highlights of our experience include…
— Very poor customer service
— Very bad at returning calls and messages
— We were made to feel like they were doing US a favor by repairing our vehicle
Absolutely go somewhere else! This place is a total joke. Thank God that they showed their true colors BEFORE we gave them our vehicle to repair. Business must be just BOOMING for them to feel that they can treat prospective clients like garbage.

My experience with service king was very hit and miss. When I first took my car there Simon was so helpful and it was a great experience. They ended up having my car for 38 days. They called me 3 times to let me know my car would be ready and then the day I was supposed to pick it up they would call and say it wasn’t ready. But Simon was always so nice and would apologize and explain why they needed to keep it longer so I didn’t really mind. When I got the car back the keyless entry didn’t work because the cord or cable (I’m not a car expert) never got reconnected. Also, there was damage to the interior of my car and instead of replacing the price it was sanded down. It felt like sand paper and wasn’t texturizing or shiny like the rest of the interior. I told Simon that was not acceptable to me. Again he apologized and assured me it would be on order and he would let me know when it came in. A ew days went by and I noticed that the headlight that was supposed to be replaced did not work. I called and asked to speak to Simon. He didn’t answer so I left a message. He was always great about calling me back. 5 messages later and no response I talked to the front desk girl who told me my part had come in but Simon never called to let me know. She told me to come in and I was able to talk to a manger. Chris was very nice and apologized for everything. They replaced my head light and installed the headlight. If Simon hadn’t ignoring ally phone calls and voicemails towards the end I would have given this place 4 stars.

Dear Bobbi,
As of today, not one employee from your Azure team has reached out to me in any way. I have received no calls or any other form of communication from your company. The damage to my vehicle is over $ 6,000 when the damage caused by the theft was about $ 1,000.00. I am glad I moved my vehicle and had it repaired by a real shop. Your company is very dishonest and I wouldn’t recommend anyone using your shop.

This place treated me like garbage. They had me call tow company myself to see how long it would take for the tow truck to arrive because they didn’t know themselves. The tow company told me they never submitted the request. When I complained to the rep named Francisco who handled all of American Family Insurance claims he said it would be better if I take my business somewhere else if they’re not exactly satisfactory. This is the kind of service I received before they’ve received my car. They’re certified through American Family Insurance. I’ve contacted my insurance to inform them of the incident. I could have been sitting there for hours completely clueless. Luckily, I was quick thinking and acted fast so that my situation could run more smoothly and prevent myself from further aggravation. I took my claim to Ultimate Collision instead. Very nice and professional.
