Sean M. Iwasaki has lived in Las Vegas, Nevada for 15 years and has extensive experience in all types of mortgages.

He moved to Las Vegas from San Diego, California in 1996, where he was a loan officer in the finance business since 1993. He has arranged conventional mortgages, FHA mortgages, and VA mortgages for thousands of borrowers over the past 18 years.

Sean is known for his extensive knowledge in finding the best rates and lowest fees for his clients, while offering the best financial advice and recommendations when considering purchasing or refinancing your home.

He is one of the few loan officers that made it through the recent mortgage crisis because of his honesty and integrity. This is actually the second recession he has been through as a loan officer. That type of experience cannot be found at your local bank or credit union. He is one of those rare people that is always on your side and will work with you to get you the mortgage rates and deal you deserve.
