Finally, a company that deserves PRAISE for their ‘attention to detail’ work ethics, highest professionalism, true integrity in getting the job done! Above & Beyond!!! Steven Reiter is the owner of SCR Builders & simply just a wonderful person to know. His company came to us through an adversity of another companies mishap {and this ‘other company’ wanted to make things right by giving us their ‘go to guy, Steve}. I admit after our unfortunate event, I wasn’t trust worthing of anything this company would have to offer but as human being people deserve 2^nd chances & I truly applaude this company for making things right! From the very beginning I was reluctant to ‘press forward’ as I’m a very proud homeowner & a little OCD – but Steve would shortly prove me wrong & restore my trust in Sin City builders. Every step of the way he put ME {my needs, as the customer 1^st} He was a straight shooter, talked with confidence, very knowledgeable with 25+ years of general repair experience & put my mind at ease that the job would be done right with no ‘tale tell signs’ of any damage. We were EXCITED to get started! {Day #1−5} His crew showed up on time & when expected everyday, they were VERY attentive to us as homeowners as they wore shoes covers, respected the items in our home, asked permission to leave/​move stuff, covered our carpets, started the remodeling w/​no stress to us. **This crew had to be the hardest working crew we EVER had in our Vegas home!** We could already see the transformation take place in our master closet. Our entire ceiling was gutted out, all damage fully removed, new insulation replaced, sheetrock, drywall, fresh coats of paint & our home was not only fully restored but BETTER than it was originally.
