Got the Groupon for the couples massage after reading some great reviews on the Groupon site and on Unilocal.I only came because my husband has been begging to do a couples massage. All I have to say is yes yes yessssss!!! Sooo glad o gave in. Wow they really paid attention to my request which was LIGHT MASSAGE. She took care of me and was gentle. Couldn’t have asked for a better deal and experience. Yes its not Caesars Palace Qua Spa so dont expect fancy dancy private rooms and heat experiences but I’ll tell you what for the price you CANNOT go wrong. Not saying you get what you pay for because that was a cheap price but whay I CAN say is you get MORE than what you anticipated. My only negative is with the rose foot soak I would suggest a bigger bucket to soak your feet. For a woman it was a bit snug, for my husband it was a bit of a squeeze. Nevertheless we both thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would absolutely come back and of course refer a friend or two.

Was looking for reasonably priced couples message and was not disappointed. Relatively close the Strip and extremely friendly service.
We did the 70-​minute full body message. First they soaked our feet in hot petal water which allowed them to work our feet during the message. Each masseuse asked us what areas we wanted to avoid and which areas we wanted them to concentrate on. They took their time and applied the right amount of pressure according to our feedback.
Great experience and would definitely come back next time we’re in Vegas!

My son bought me a 70 minute massage for Mother’s Day. Sam’s Spa is wonderful. This was my first massage ever so I didn’t really know what to expect. Relaxing, invigorating, energizing. I highly recommend Sam’s Spa.

I was very late to my appointment that I made after purchasing a massage from groupon. Not only were they understanding and kind but they were able to squeeze me in for the full amount of time. Very unexpected in a great way.

The foot spa was nice but it’s like getting a massage in a hospital next to a strip club loud music next door and the rooms aren’t even separated. They have curtains to separate each person. It was not relaxing loud music next door and the lady doing my massage was giggling.

I just got my prenatal massage with Anna and I am so pleased with her service! I highly recommend her!

I came here for a couple massage and it was the worst massages ever! Don’t go there! It doesn’t worth the money! I know that it is nice price for a couple massage… but I had back pains afterwards for days. They scratched my back while doing the massage… and they don’t understand English so well.

I would rather die than return to this place. First of all, I got a groupon for this place, I had to reschedule it asap, due to a family emergency (death in the family). First of all, they stated I couldn’t reschedule because I was 30 minutes late from the 48 hour cancellation policy. REALLY? They stated I would have to forfeit my groupon, and apply its buying price to pay full service. REALLY? By 30 minutes, I stated all I have to do was reschedule until after the funeral, but they didn’t accept it. RUDE RUDE RUDE. It took me over a WEEK to schedule. I bought this in advanced, and first they stated they couldn’t book out more than a week in advance. They told me to call on Sunday, when they open. Turns out, they weren’t even open that day, then I called the next day, they were closed again. It wasn’t until a few attempts later I finally got a hold of them.
Anyways, I got the couples massage. Mind you, this is my first valentines with my girlfriend. SAMS SPA messed that all up! It was so ghetto. The rooms are separated by a curtain. So there was no peace and serenity, NONE whatsoever. We could hear the other couples going in and out. WEIRD. Then, the oil spa package for your feet, they literally put your feet in a gross bucket of water while they give you the massage. SUCH an uncomfortable position. The massage was HORRIBLE!!! They spend like 30 minutes poking at your head, wtf? They don’t even take into consideration the paperwork you fill out in the beginning about your preferences. What’s even worse, the lady was texting on her phone while I was getting my massage. In addition, they would leave every 10 minutes, out of no where, to dump the buckets and get towels. WTF? That’s like 10 minutes wasted.
Then they have you fill your paperwork, and stand right in front of you to give them tip. There’s a minimum of 10 dollars to give. Personally, I didn’t think they deserved a dollar. They were that bad. I’m usually a good tipper, I was planning on tipping each 40 dollars, but I saved myself 40 bucks and gave them 20 because they looked like sad puppies waiting for a nut.
NEVER EVER GO TO SAMS SPA! SO DIRTY. SO GHETTO. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

I went a while back but this is one of the worst massages I have ever gotten. I left with all the knots I came in with. The massage therapist kept walking out of the room. There was a useless foot soak that didn’t feel like it was worth the amount paid. I didn’t like the lack of privacy in that it was just curtains and I could hear the microwave, people talking/​yelling. Then I was surprised by how angry they were that I did not tip 20%+ on the «value» amount. I gave her a good tip on the original amount because I felt bad. The service didn’t deserve a tip at all. It wasn’t even close to the full length of time, but whatever.

Not worth the price, lately I have been going to reflexology spas paying 20 $ for one hour. I decided I really needed a good deep tissue which is what I was under the impression I had purchased at Sams spa. There was absolutely no thorough deep massaging, no knots were worked on. It felt like I was back inside a foot spa. With the same patterned massage minus the foot soak. I was not impressed sadly, was hoping for it to be a good spot. To top it all off TIPS stand for To Insure Proper Service. I live off tips, and have been in the industry for 6 years. You NEVER tell a person how much they need to tip you. And you don’t give attitude to your customer when you feel your tip wasn’t enough. Customers are what pay the bills, without them there would be no business. Remember that.

This was my first massage and I used a groupon for a 60min spa! As soon as I got there I was given a form to fill out. The form had questions like how much lotion or oil do you want. What parts of your body you need more attention on. I was done filling out the paperwork and they took me in right away. I asked for the highest level of pressure. I was greeted by Rain the massage therapist. He was very kind and attentitive of where my pain was upper and lower back. He lead me to a private room with a curtain as a door. Their was peaceful music playing and made me relax. The paper he handed me said take your clothes off and cover yourself with the blanket to leave your underwear on. So I did what I was told to do a few minutes passed and he came in. My feet were put in a bucket of Epsom salt and he begin to massage my head and my back as I was laying with my face up. I also got the hot stone massage for my feet and back. Rain was soooooo good with applying the right amount of pressure and it felt amazing! I will defininently be back and ask for Rain because he was phenomenal. Thank you Sams Spa for the first massage in my life and making great! I totally recommend this place the staff is friendly and it’s a private room.

I got a couples massage groupon voucher and it was great! I’m so glad my husband and I got to spend an hour of our day at the spa to relax!
The spa is very tranquil. Upon walking in, they give you a form to fill out and if you have a groupon, mention it to them. They also provide you with instructions such as turning off your phone and simple things like that.
The ladies that gave my husband and I our massage were very strong! They’re tiny, but don’t underestimate them! They have soothing music in the background as well and offer you water when you’re done.
They also massages us with the hot stones as well and it was amazing– just the right amount of heat and was perfectly soothing to de stress all those tense muscles!
My husband and I are coming back for sure! If you’re hesitant, try this from groupon!

Love this is place. My friend and I were in Vegas for couple days and decided we wanted to get massages. We got a voucher on Groupon– 70 mins– full body massage, hot stones and foot detox/​soak. Staffs were friendly. The whole process was easy– call to schedule an appt ahead of time, come in 15 mins before appt time to fill out some paper work. Turn off your cell phone, go to the back into your room, get undress and relax. The ladies were very professional — giving us privacy to get undress/​dress. During the massage made sure we were well covered, making sure that they were not too rough on us.

I’m not sure what kind of training or certification is needed in Nevada for massage, but it’s not to the standards we are used to. If the massage therapists we had met the states requirements then the bar couldn’t be set too high.
The massage tables are in a warehouse like setting using only curtains to separate you from your neighbor. It felt like you were in an emergency room of a hospital. Not a good atmosphere for a quiet couples massage.. Then our «massage therapists» came in and told us to undress and get on the table with our feet in their Rose Flower foot spa, which was essentially like warm water with a few rose petals in it. Then the massage started and that’s when it got interesting. First my therapist (and I use the term lightly) started massaging my scalp and worked her way towards my face and started aggressively squeezing my nose and sinus areas. Due to the sinus massage I have had difficulty breathing from my nose since. Then moved on to shoving her fingers in my ears as if trying to touch my brain. Then she left for about 2 – 3 minutes. Comes back and gives a half assed shoulder/​arm/​leg massage then leaves for 5 minutes. Then comes back takes my feet out of the «rose water» and gives a really rushed hot stone massage then asked me to turn over and then… you guessed it, left again. Then she started working my neck and shoulders, and out of nowhere, Boom !!! She stands up on my back. I’ve had this done before for the purpose of pooping my back but it’s not soothing or relaxing in any way. This goes on for 5 minutes or so then she leaves. At this point I’m just ready to be done. So she comes back in and does hot stone on my back, which was actually pretty pleasant. Then massage over.
While getting dressed with my wife (who by the way is trained as a massage therapist) tells me that her massage therapist had no clue what he was doing, put his hands in inappropriate places and again left for minutes at a time and seemed to rush the entire massage.
I don’t usually write a bad review but I would like to save people the time, money, and disappointment we endured

Amazing spa experience… Ping and Lee were great and gave a wonderful couples massage. Hot stones and foot spa included for a great price. Very professional and the owner, Sam was very nice too.

I first discovered this place through Groupon. Bought it and fell in LOVE!!!
After my 8^th time of coming here, I’ve recommend this place to a handful of my family friends.
The full body massage is amazing & worth every dollar! I always ask for Anna «she’s the BEST» the staff is always friendly!
Tips: Be sure to get a stamp card cause after your 10^th massage «you get a free one» and ask for a free bottle of water or soda :)

This was the weirdest couples massage EVER. the massage itself was good I guess. The atmosphere and everything else was like something from the twilight zone. The employees at the front are so unprofessional. They were arguing loudly in front of us while we waited for our appointment. Also when it was the end and we had to fill out a survey (also very strange) I kid you not-​6 employees stood around us while we decided how much to tip. No
tact whatsoever. Never again.

This was our first time here for my husband and I. We were kind of ‘iffy’ on the kind of service we’d receive — but Glad that we tried it! GOOD service for the price on a busy weekend. ($ 40 instead of $ 70). They entertained us even though we don’t have appointment.
Yes, there are Some areas of improvement like — they speak only few English, they tend to talk a little bit (whisper) while they massage, and still massaged my feet even though I wrote ‘No’ in the form request. Oh well, massaging my feet wasn’t too bad as I thought. The rooms are tight/​small and separated by curtains, but they made sure you are always covered by a light blanket.
Please Note: the form you fill-​up in the beginning, states that you rate the service AFTER and not before as some think. Read the instructions please. It asks you to select the type of intensity (light, moderate, hard) and if you prefer the use of lotion/​oils.
We also had hot stones included in the price. The location is perfect by our area. We will be back again… Soon

This was the craziest experience of ALL TIME! I wish the most recent reviews were available when I went to buy this Groupon!!! ERRRHHHH!
WHERE DO I START!??
We stayed at Planet Hollywood (for reference). It was a $ 20+ cab ride BOTH ways which ended up adding another $ 50 to the cost of this «massage». BOTH TAXI DRIVERS (there and back) basically TOLD US a fare this far off the strip requires a $ 5+ tip since they are missing out on other fares close to the strip!!! UM… ARE YOU FRIENDS WITH SAM? Because this seems like it’s a «TIP SCAM»!
The massage wasn’t as bad as the general service!!! SWEET GEEZIOUS! MY MASSAGE THERAPIST WAS TEXTING OFF AND ON FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES DURING MY MASSAGE!!! I literally would notice because he would stop massaging me and was kind of soft rubbing me with one hand like he was getting more LOTION… UM, after over a minute I looked up and his face was LIT UP BY HIS CELL PHONE AND HE WAS TEXTING!!! THEN the person texted him BACK and he went back and forth like a teenager!!! SERIOUSLY?! TEXTING??? THIS IS A NEW ONE, EVEN FOR ME!
I DON’T KNOW WHY THEY HAVE YOU FILL OUT A SUGGESTION FORM BEFORE YOUR MASSAGE??? The only thing I put down was: STAY AWAY FROM MY LOWER BACK!!! I had to tell him 4 times to stop massaging my lower back DURING THE MASSAGE!!! Then my friend stated she wanted a low pressure and she had to tell him 5 – 6 times to be more gentle!!! THEN the 5^th time they BOTH laughed at her after she said to go lighter??? UM… THIS ISN’T A CRAZY REQUEST!!! Also my friends «therapist» didn’t use lotion??? UM… This made for a somewhat uncomfortable massage… Lotion is there to HELP the massaging right??? This is a MASSAGE BUSINESS is it NOT?
This is NOT a MASSAGE! It’s actually a FOOT MASSAGE by my standards! And FOOT MASSAGES SHOULD BE ABOUT $ 20/​HOUR!!! A MASSAGE is when you are in your OWN PRIVATE ROOM and you can RELAX BECAUSE OF PRIVACY!
AND the ODD taking your shirt and bra off in the MIDDLE OF THE MASSAGE??? UM HELLO?! COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE!
At the end of my massage I had to use the bathroom… THEY SHOULD BE THANKFUL MY IPHONE WAS STOLEN WITH THE PHOTOS I HAD ON IT… HOLY SMOKES! GROSS! They had a «public» comb with TONS OF HAIR in it, and the toilet had pee ALL OVER THE LID, SEAT and ground! It was like a male locker room. :(
PLUS it was very obvious we were REQUIRED to tip!!! They make you sign out a customer service form RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR «THERAPIST»!!! They are literally staring at you RIGHT IN THE EYES LIKE A HOMELESS PUPPY!!! SO GROSS!!! I have a TIP FOR YOU: A TIP is a TIP FOR GOOD SERVICE!!! If there isn’t GOOD SERVICE=NO TIP! We saw «Sam» getting out of his BRAND NEW Mercedes… WITH HIS GUCCI ORGANIZER! SAM: You shouldn’t TELL your customers to TIP! Take down all those dumb signs that are «SUGGESTED TIPPING» and INTSTEAD: GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE MONEY! It seems these massage therapists are only getting paid «TIPS» and not an hourly wage… I feel like I should be calling the BBB? If these «Therapists» are US citizens they should not be getting paid like this!
I’m SUPER PISSED that «SAM» would be willing to PREY ON VISITING TOURIST trying to have a awesome time in Vegas by SCAMING PEOPLE!
STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!!
My recomendation to anyone considering buying this Groupon: DON’T!
$ 50 for Groupon+ $ 50 for cab rides + $ 50 for tip??? For 2 FOOT massages and the «Vegas time» we wasted getting there and back, waiting 45 minutes for our rude cab drivers??? I’d rather pay for a massage at our hotel. WASTE OF TIME, NOT CHEAP and NOT QUALITY!
