These girls don’t know anything and they’ve never been through beauty school so if you have any questions you might have to call the product companies because they have no idea what they’re selling to people. I’ve been licensed for 25 years and they couldn’t give me a comparative product to something I normally use and what I did purchase out of recommendation was not that good at all. But like I said they had no idea what I was talking about, so what do you expect

This is such a poorly run store. The manager has zero customer service skills and even less cosmetology knowledge, the store is always a mess and poorly stocked and I have actually stood in line behind someone with a large purchase while the manager sat there chit chatting with another employee at the next register, looked right at me waiting and continued her chat. There are a couple girls that work there that are very nice and helpful, but this store needs new management pronto!

I’ve been here a couple of times with my friend who has the secret entry card to buy items from this place. They have a big selection of Loreal, Redkin and Pureology… I didn’t get to look at the other brands, because I’ve always been a rush the few times I’ve been in here. They also have a great selection of OPI and Essie nail polishes. Overall, the pricing is definitely than better at many salons. I was able to buy the liter of shampoo and conditioner of Redkin for 30 bucks. Not a bad deal at all… now if only you had someone who had a special entry card as well! =) Customer service is self serve until you get up to the register, but the cashiers have always been friendly.

They always have the products that we need for our salon iBlowdry and the staff is helpful and knowledgable about what they are selling.
