History

Established in 1990.

The first Salo-​Salo Restaurant opened in November 1, 1999 in West Covina, followed by the Artesia branch beside the popular and trendy Cerritos Mall on October 1, 2001. The highly successful branch in exciting Las Vegas soon followed on October 10, 2003, serving the huge Filipino-​American market there. The Salo-​Salo Glendale franchise opened it’s doors on January 16, 2006 near the fabulous Glendale Galleria. As good locations become available, new stores are planned to be built on known Filipino-​American population centers in California.
