3rd times the charm for overly poor customer service. I wrote an email to Corp that was pretty much ignored. Volume is ok but much of the same stuff. If you need help with something, you’ll find it just about anywhere but at Off 5th. A previous reviewer commented the former location was better and I’d agree. I think I’m done going here.

The original saks location in the south outlet mall was one of my favorite stores of all time. They actually had quality items you would find in Saks. The customer service was always friendly and professional. After saks moved to town square and premium north it has gone to complete crap. Quality has gone way downhill, everything has scuffs and marks all over it. They don’t do their 30%-40% off anymore. I walked in the store this morning and not one person greeted me. Walked into the fitting room area with 12 items, no one was their to greet me. Continued to shop for over an hour, I watched 2 employees loudly and inappropriately laugh and talk while pretending to clean the sales floor. I looked right at them, locked eyes with them and they did not say a word to me. I went to check out, no one was at the register. I stood waiting for someone while the 2 employees I mentioned earlier continued on with their conversation. Eventually 1 of them came over and said«i will ring you up». Which is exactly what he did, and nothing more. These types of experiences at off 5th seem to be the regular these days. I will keep my business at neiman marcus last call.

I don’t shop at very many department stores(macy’s, dillards, kohls, sears are regulars for me), so until I went into this outlet store recently, I had no idea. I was very surprised to see LeSportsac handbags here, as well as the Tokidoki line, one tote was $ 39.99. It wasn’t the same exact styles or prints(or variety as the LeSportsac outlet, but some of the bags were much lower, much more affordable(at the LeSportsac outlet, unless it’s 65% off, the bags are higher-priced, suppose it’s the newer prints versus the older prints). There were good prices on Michael Kors leather bags, too. I didn’t really look at anything else but the handbags. I was impressed, though, because I had never been. Because of this, I have checked out the site online as well, and visited a couple other times that we’ve been to the outlet mall, too. I have my eye on a couple bags.

I will never forget the MFF Prada handbags I saw here. If they were indeed authentic they were the saddest and ugliest Prada handbags I’ve ever seen. In general, the MFF merchandise here is a whole world of things you’d never actually see at a Saks or even a Bloomingdales for that matter. No name designers with knock offs. There is an upstairs register bank for unknown reasons. After trying to pay here I was sent downstairs to the other registers. Not once did any of their dozens of employees attempt to assist me in any way possible. Thanks Saks.
