Attorney Roger A. Giuliani is a Certified Family Court Mediator, and was the very first Certified Family Court Mediator for Clark County, Nevada in 2003. He has helped the Family Court settle hundreds of cased through its mediation program for families throughout Southern Nevada.

Mr. Giuliani is an attorney practicing law in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1996. Mr. Giuliani has offices located at 500 N. Rainbow, Las Vegas, Nevada and 2831 St. Rose Parkway, Henderson, Nevada. Mr. Giuliani received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania, as a piano major, and received his juris doctorate from City of New York Law School.

As a law clerk for the New York State Attorney General’s Office, Mr. Giuliani conducted extensive research in the field of real estate financing and civil rights. Mr. Giuliani currently practices primarily in Family Law (divorces, custody, mediations related to family law matters), Bankruptcy, Estates /​Trusts and Probate. He is also one of only a handful of Clark County Certified Family Law Mediators for the Clark County Family Court in Nevada, and was the first Certified Mediator for the Clark County Family Court under the Family Court Outsource Mediation Program.
