A former United States government bankruptcy attorney, Mr. Riggi began his legal career as an attorney-​advisor to a United States Bankruptcy. Judge. Thereafter, he was invited to serve in the Washington D.C. headquarters of the federal judiciary’s policy-​making office concerning bankruptcy matters — the Bankruptcy Division of the Administrative Office of U.S. Courts. After four years with the Admin Office, Mr. Riggi began practicing bankruptcy law in Las Vegas, which he has continued to do to the present. During the past 3 years, he has had more successfully confirmed chapter 11 bankruptcies than any other sole practitioner in the country.
