We specialize in the appraisal of REO; Foreclosure; FSBO; Probate; Estate; Divorce; Personal Valuation; along with all other forms of Residential Appraising. We also are FHA approved and have completed numerous reports for a variety of clients from FNMA, Attorneys, Private Mortgage Brokers, AMC’s and Private investors for more than 20 years.

I have been appraising residential Real Estate since 1990 and am currently Residentially Certified in California and Nevada.

I have for the past 5 years been experienced in the appraisal of mostly Estate, Probate, Divorce, Short Sales and REO’s.

I am married for over 14 years to a wonderful lady with two grown children.

I enjoy riding motorcycles and cruising in fast cars.

We love to enjoy the great outdoors with fishing, hiking and getting back to nature.
