Very disappointed here this attorney told me there was nothing he could do unless I could prove my husband wasn’t here for more than 6 months his first time.
I have spoken to several attorneys here and in other states that say my husband has a chance if I can prove extreme hardship.
I feel this attorney doesn’t take enough time to gather all the information necessary to make a adequate decision.

Treated me like an idiot. Didn’t even let me explain my case before he could say something… very confusing and will just get you frustrated and helpless. I’m already with a better lawyer and my case is being solved now. ANY lawyer is better than this guy. Trust me, he’s rude and don’t care about your case.

Reza Athari is completely RUDE! Specially if you dont decide to do business with him. Went in there today & got out of there very offended by this men. Wanted to charge me 10 times more than what this other place is going to charge me for my stuff. Definitely will not recommend him to no one !!! Oh and Receptionists have no experience. Dont know how to greet people or even speak to them.

been doing the immigration process with Athari’s office for 5 yrs. can you believe that 5 years!!! all this place does is take your money, the associates are lazy & not one person speaks spanish. a white guy that speaks spanish is crap. Miro never talkef about your case insead he tells you to be «patient» then talks about a diff case, as if to change the subj and make you leave. John speaks little spanish & never returns your calls. do not go here! they take your money and do nothing! my case was delayed and they said it was my fault & made me pay again, if they would have done their job right i never would have had to pay again. if i could do 0 stars i would

When they say the consultation is free they really mean it: It’s a consultation about the exorbitant fees you’re required to pay upfront with absolutely no guarantees of success. The wait time in the lobby was a lot and so were the proposed fees for the service. I’d recommend a skip on this one, not even worth the mention.

So glad I went to Reza Athari & Associates! He helped my daughter in the past for her husbands immigration process and everything turned out perfect for them and there so happy! He did the same for me! I would recommend him to everyone!
