Chicken Fingers-We start with always fresh, never-ever frozen premium chicken tenderloins, marinate them for 24 hours, hand batter and cook them to order.
Cane’s Sauce-Made fresh daily, Cane’s Sauce is tangy with a little bit of spice and full of flavor.
Texas Toast-Thick-sliced sesame seeded bun brushed with real butter and garlic salt, then grilled on a flat top.

History
Established in 1996.
Graves submitted a business plan for Raising Cane’s as a class project. Ironically, the project got a B minus, the lowest grade in the class. Graves set out to raise the money he needed. He was shot down again and again.
More determined than ever to make his dream a reality, Graves decided to raise his own capital. He put on a hard hat and moved to LA to labor as a boilermaker in a refinery. He then went to Alaska to work as a Sockeye Salmon fisherman.
After returning home, Graves was able to secure a small loan and a few dedicated investors to raise the money he needed. Graves found the perfect location-an old building right outside of LSU that he renovated himself.
Raising Cane’s opened for business on August 28, 1996 and it was an immediate success! They were so busy, they stayed open until 3:30 a.m.

It sounded crazy, but one man had a dream to fry chicken. That man is Todd Graves, Founder and CEO of Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. Graves was fresh out of college with no job, no money and no experience. His dream soon became his passion, and he was determined to make his chicken finger restaurant a reality.
