I needed some work for my acura tl so a good friend of mine recommend this purrfect auto on this location he’s had work done on his car his son’s car and other friends are happy customers, So even though it’s a lil out of my way i still checked it out and glad i did i always go by word of mouth from close friends and my own personal experience. even the costumers there I talked to had nothing but good things to say and they been repeated custumers. Now my ac is blowing cold air like it should very happy customer I had issues before with my ac other shops would only recharge it and i know now not check everything trewly and MY AIR would just blow hot again in the future just making a quick fix $. Chevy the manager and his crew found the problem fixed it. Also like how the manager chevy is always on top of things checking in with his mechanics and the costumers explaning everything and not pushing other unnecessary fixes like other places I’ve dealt with. U will also be greeted with a smile and positive attitude from nora at the front desk. Very help full and down to earth. Also if u need a smog definitely visit them can’t beat their special u will save half the cost compared to anywhere else.

Just moved here from Hawaii and needed a smog check before we can register the car. Walked in and were seen within 10 mins. Sadly we failed the smog test. The manager Chevy advised to take a diagnostics for $ 50 and if it needs repairs the $ 50 would be waived.
The car needed to be repaired. My dad and I came in the following day and dropped off the car. He advised us to drive 50 miles and have the car checked for smog again and the smog test would be free.
The cashiers in the front were friendly and welcoming. If you need a smog check or oil change or whatever come here. Great prices and great service.

This is a great place to get work done on your car. All management is very kind. Chevy is the guy in charge and he shows you what is wrong and give you a very good price. This is our second time coming and we are still loving this place the most. Very honest people. He also knows a lot of good places to get tires or other work done that they don’t do. A little bit busy but it’s because they are really good! Love this place!

Came here originally for the $ 10 smog check however my oil change was coming up. Walking in I met with Chevy and seems nice and pretty straight forward. Chevy said they can have the smog done within ten minutes and i’ve been super busy lately so I just have them do the oil change. I knew my oil change wouldn’t be the advertised $ 10 but reading through the reviews I was thinking they would be below dealership prices. They came back with, «Yeah, your oil change is going to be $ 70.» Okay, I guess might as well do it since I’ve got a little free time but dang that’s dealership pricing.
As i’m in the waiting area, I look out the window to see the technician on his phone driving my car. Jeez, come on man show a little professionalism. A little later Chevy pulls me outside to explain some maintenance items he thinks I may be interested in. He clearly states these are only based on the mileage of the car so there was no confusion. Wrapping up I notice an inspection was performed but the information was inaccurate fluid levels, tread, etc.
Edit — A day after my oil change I am now receiving an maintenance in XXX miles. Thank you now I have to waste a day.

I’m always nervous finding a good mechanic and shop to go to, but I felt super comfortable here and accommodated! Came in to get an oil change as well as all my fluids, it was quick and everything was laid out for me and shown to me by Chevy! Will definitely be my go-​to shop!

Brought my diesel truck in for its hundred thousand mile service. From the first phone call to shop, to the experience when in-​store, I was very impressed with the customer service. Worked with Nora and Chevy. Friendly and no pressure. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to have maintenance done to the vehicle.

I came here from out of town and needed an oil change before I got back on the road. Nora was very pleasant and helpful at the front desk. The Mechanic also took the time to explain and show me my filters and how much they would be. He also explained that I need to keep an eye on my front brakes because they will need replacement in a few months. I really appreciate the honesty and these things were items that were confirmation to what I’d already heard. So appreciative of the honesty and quick service!

We are new residents to Las Vegas Residence to Las Vegas me a my daughter stopped there at perfect auto to see how much it would be to get my Dodge Charger an oil change Amboy I tell you the customer service we received from the manager Chevy was excellent above and beyond you don’t get it like that these days I will definitely be taking my car back!!!

This place is awesome! Best price for services in town. I have been going to Purrfect Auto for more than a year have had several issues fixed with our cars and they never try to fix what doesn’t need fixing and they always try to give you the best price. Chevy and the guys over there are a happy bunch of workers and that translates to great work and excellent customer service! Recommend them highly.

I was in a couple weeks ago for a smog and then again last week for an oil change… they were very honest and told me that someone probably said I had an oil leak… which they did… but they were wrong… they probably saved me 500 to a grand at the place that told me that and got a new faithful customer in the process!!! They did not upsale my husband on the oil change either… Everyone is soooo helpful and have great attitudes (so refreshing) and honestly it’s just nice not to be screwed over by a mechanic for once! I’ve been through the ringer and finally have people I can trust! The free Inspection is awesome!

The people are very nice and courteous at this location. They are polite and explain the services offered and suggested very well. They don’t try to push any services on you just recommend what is best for your car.
Came in for a $ 9.99 oil change but unfortunately my car takes a more expensive so it will come out to something over $ 24. I also decided to get my transmission leak fixed which will cost under $ 55 and took under 35 minutes.
Would definitely recommend to anyone to come in for some services.

They front a nice attitude and claim they’ll give you a good deal, not true.
Went in for an oil change and they fronted me a full fluid flush and change.
My fluids were fine and they were serviced no less than a month ago.
Overfilled all my fluids, hell I don’t even know if they put the correct ones in since the colors are blending, spilled engine oil over my engine and did a crap job trying to clean it up (I can’t even say detail)
Nope. Cons. I’ll stick to mom & pop shops from now on

Went in for a smog test. Cheapest place I’ve seen for only $ 9.99. They ended up doing a free inspection of all my fluids. Excellent customer service. I was in and out. I definitely recommend this place.

I’m new to Vegas and have been looking for a new car shop to Maintenance my 2011 Mercedes c300. From end to finish the staff was very friendly, Stormy at the front desk answered all the questions I had about services and prices. Prices are great! My check engine light was on and they offer a free engine diagnostic. They also have the lowest price in town for a smog check, $ 9.99.
My oil change was very quick & I was taken immediately when I came in at 5pm. I strongly recommend PURRfect auto service.

The team here have remained the same powerhouse since last oil change. Friendly, quick, accommodating, and prices for service are amazing for the quality of service.
Noticed they have also included apple pay as a way of taking payment, much easier for me.
Location is always kept clean and tidy, and as per usual every customer walking in and out is smiling and not feeling ripped off like the majority of auto service places steadily continue to.
