This place is terrible and so was the doctor that saw my grandfather today. We had to wait 2 hours to be seen. I would imagine any one else who would have to wait this long will already be in a pretty bad mood so listening to a doctor with no bedside manner will definitely set me off. When he finally came into the room he introduced himself and went straight to the computer and started asking my grandfather some questions. After each question he answered, the doctor would ask«Why?» in such a condescending tone. For example, one of the questions he asked was«How many pillows do you use?», my grandfather says 2, then this doctor says«Why?». There are so many different ways to ask this without making the patient who is sickly feel like an ignorant child. This doctor could have said«Does sleeping with two pillows help you breath better?». Anything but«WHY?» After a couple more questions he asked about how many time he used his nebulizer and when he got the answer he asked why again. I saw how my grandfather looked, I felt bad for him and I couldn’t take it anymore so I answered for him saying«Why else would he use the nebulizer but to help him breath. „Why“ is such a silly question.» Wow did this guy get defensive after that. I just gave him a blank stare. I have never been in the presence of such a rude, condescending, no beside manner having«doctor». You should learn a little compassion and talk to your patients with respect.

My son had an appointment for an allergy test yesterday and we were very pleased with the service we received. Each staff member we came in contact with were extremely pleasant, especially Dr. Jim Christensen, M.D. Dr. Christensen took the time to get to know our lifestyles, joked with myself and my son, answered any questions we had, and addressed all our concerns. We won’t hesitate to return for follow-ups/future appointments. And we will definitely be recommending to our friends! Thank you so much for the amazing treatment, Pulmonary Associates!
