Established in 2013.

Created by local fitness personality, Josephine Dalton (aka Trainer Jo) in response to the flooding of the fitness market with ill-​educated or equipped personal trainers, most who have no business conducting business as a trainer due to lack of experience, lack of education, lack of work ethics or integrity. The personal training industry has a 90% attrition rate amongst personal trainers; this is because there are ZERO leglistation governing personal trainers. By law «anyone» can be a personal trainer, with or without proper credentials. Do not be a victim of one of the hundreds of personal trainers who were in another career field just months or weeks prior.
