I give this place a zero rating. The service is horrible, no one knows what’s going on in the store. I took my daughter’s damas for her upcoming quinceanera to get their dresses, we ordered one had one on hold since they only had one. Then they tried to raise the price from the original quoted price, then after finally figuring the price out I get a call telling me we only have it in large and you will have to pay 50 dollars more for alterations, even though no one ever mentioned when ordering they did not have an extra small. So instead of saying they would take care of the alterations since this was their error which would have been the professional way of dealing with a customer. So I canceled the entire order and had to fight for a refund. I will never go to this store again and I advise you to shop elsewhere if shopping for an event such as a quinceanera or wedding.

Short on time and panicking to find the perfect dress for my daughters first homecoming dance, I found this company through craigslist and went to their facebook page. It looked like they had nice dresses and it also helped that they had an ad that stated «Homecoming Spirit Sale. Shop 2+ friends and save 50% off.» So I thought why not. I took my daughter and met up with my friend and her daughter, found the dresses that they wanted only to be told that they would not honor the ad. They stated you had to bring 2 friends with you. If the 2 friends bought dresses then the person that brought them in would receive the 50% discount.
I don’t see anyone saying «Sure we’ll buy dresses at full price for you to get your dress at half the price.» Now who in their right mind would go for that? Especially since these dresses are no less than $ 150. Nowhere on the ad did it say 1 person has to bring in 2 friends who make purchases, to get the discount. That is RIDICULOUS! When I called to speak to the manager who was not professional at all, she said there was nothing she could do other than to fix the ad (which they haven’t done).
I would not recommend this place at all. They were not helpful in any way. We had to constantly search the store for the only person that was pulling dresses and opening the fitting room. The other staff in the store sat at their sewing machines and didn’t say a word. Not even «are you finding everything alright, or can I help you find something?»
I found another store, with the same if not better dresses, better service, and more professional, friendly staff. It is a bit of a drive, Tropicana & Ft. Apache, but well worth it. They were there helping the girls. Asking what it is they’re looking for, pulling dresses for them, waiting by the dressing room in case they needed help. My daughter was able to find «THE dress» and was much more happier with this store. If they do not have the size you are looking for, or there’s a different dress in the catalog you’d like, they are able to order the dress and get it in in 2 days.
