Update: if you purchased tickets through the website instead of in person (due to the fact the snotty woman wouldn’t sell you tickets in person) your credit card info may have been stolen. I would love to contact the owners to let them know the type of employee they have representing their business.

Horrible… I went in today to just find out about a quick vacation we can take next month. The woman in the front was so condescending. She said we book everywhere so you would need to let me know… I’m like tell you what let me think about it and I’ll get back to you… I left and looked at my daughter and said I’m not going to pay you for me to plan my trip.

Oh wow I am so happy I googled this company and saw all the negative reviews before booking with this company. I am trying to get the travelzoo special for a cruise. When I do this the price is completely different as the special is 3^rd and 4^th free. On their website they have a chat line… This is a joke you have to provide your email address. I did receive an email yesterday with only two passenger. I responded in asking what is the total amount for four passengers with balcony and what does the quote include. I get the generic email I received prior. I again emailed asking the same question. What… Staying away from these people.

I came here for the express purpose of purchasing tickets to super summer theater. The woman here refused to sell the tickets. She had exactly one 70-​year-​old customer in the store and said that she was too busy. She advised that I could come back at 3pm (it was around noon at the time) she noted that she’d instructed some others to do so as well. «I do it as a favor and the girl’s not here,» she said.
While I sat in my car advising my group that I was no longer going to pursue this wild goose chase and that someone else would have to obtain our Super Summer Theater tickets; I noticed that the gentleman she was serving left. She walked him to the door and locked it upon his departure. Presently, as I’m writing this, there’s absolutely no one in the building except for the heavyset blonde who refused to assist me. This simple task was too much trouble, even though I explained that I had driven quite some way to get there. Her response and attitude was essentially; «Sorry, not sorry.»
Though she easily could have, she didn’t want to sell the tickets to SST because, effectively, it was not her job. Duly noted.
I have no idea if this woman is the owner or simply an employee; but in either case this is exactly how you DON’T RUN A BUSINESS. As for the people that are in my group, I’ve given them an ultimatum that if any of them ever uses Prestige Travel for ANYTHING, they will incur my wrath. You’ve created a detractor today. I will be as equally diligent as you were dilatory. Congratulations!

I thought this company was great but really learned a hard lesson when I requested a written quote from Diane she was very upset and quite rude. I was shocked I will never deal with this company again. I booked on Vacations to go
Do not use this company they are fake. I had spoken to Diane several times and she was a complete professional until i requested the quote in writing.

Poor service on phone. Only books trips in person. By appointment only. So if you need last minute save call and very few sat appointments. She was not friendly on phone or even attempt to help. Must be too busy and doesn’t need the business. The reason Professionals use a travel agent is because we are busy and don’t have time. Terrible phone experience and even when reviews were bad I thought I would try.

I usually go through a different travel agency to book cruises. However, they had a CRAZY deal on a cruise through Travel Zoo a few months ago and I thought that I would give them a try.
Brandy, the cruise specialist has been AMAZING. Very responsive and helpful. She has helped in booking this great deal as well as ensuring we had the appropriate travel insurance for a reasonable price. She also helped with another lady (Kimberly) in her office to find us reasonable airfare.
In addition to all of this, she worked closely with the cruise line to ensure that some perks we were to receive were noted on our account (so that they are there when we arrive). She also worked closely to get the special forms for Gluten Free meal options for my husband.
I have been very pleased, and will look at booking other trips through them in the future if all keeps moving along as it has been! I certainly recommend!

Dawnette helped us set up our March transatlantic from Ft. Lauderdale to Barcelona. Unfortunately, plans seemed to change faster than we could make them, but Dawnette hung in there with us and took care of all our flight arrangements, even the services we’d need in airports. Illness forced us to cancel at the last minute, but Dawnette was gracious right to the end. We are still awaiting a refund from our travel insurance, though. We sent in documentation nearly a month, ago.

This was the worst company I have ever worked with. They booked me on the totally wrong cruise THREE DIFFERENT TIMES and due to this continued to mess it up more and more each time I called. After hours of dealing with incompetence, I finally had to cancel the trip completely and am STILL trying to get all of the payments charged to my credit card sorted out. STAY AWAY!!!

Ive been reading the other reviews and must say I am very shocked at what they say. I cant spreak for the whole store, but I have been using Diane for several vacations now, and she is always EXCELLENT. She does everything she possibly can to help me book the best vacations possible. Even when I have to change details on her she is very accomidating and gets the new information to me super fast. I would recommend Diane as a travel agent to anyone looking to book. I have booked cruises, international travel, and regular vacations with her. She is wonderful.

Wow, reading about the service or lack of with Prestige Travel shocks me. I understand that when you go to a travel agency, you expect that the agent that is assisting you is knowledgeable. I have been in the travel business for many years, 13 years plus. I have done leisure, corporate, military, government, group and cruise travel. I am very passionate about travel and I make sure that my clients are satisfied to the very end. I have made many friends from customers because of that passion. Agents today, don’t have it.
I have applied for a position with Prestige, leisure travel and cruise. No response! Oh well! Happy and satisfied customers must not be important…

If you are looking for a travel agent who is knowledgable in cruises, DO NOT GO HERE. I have been cruising for 25 years and always used Prestige Travel, but this last cruise booked, the travel agent (at the South Point Hotel Location) did not know anything about cruises. From the time I booked and told her what category and location I wanted (she downgraded me). When picking up my travel documents, she had to read everything verbatim and there was missing documentation (i.e. hotel and transfers). When I questioned her, she called the cruise lines and while on hold pulled up my account and found what was needed/​missing. Her response…“I Deal with so many cruise lines, I do not know what is needed/​required for each cruise”. Bull… there are only a handfull of cruise lines with many cruise ships for each of them, but the terms and documentation does not changed. The next day I called and spoke to the supervisor of the branch I went to and explained to her everything that had happened from time of booking (over 9 months ago) and which was fully paid for at time of booking to obtaining our final documents. The supervisor was nice and was able to upgrade my cabin and location and made sure I had everything needed for the cruise. Then this week, I had a couple of last minute questions and when I called the supervisor assisted me the best she could, but I had to wait for the original travel agent to get back to me. Well she did with half of the questions answered and when I e-​mailed her again regarding the last question as she only gave me a partial, I never received an answer. I had to call the cruise line direct where I was able to get the answer. NOTE: If you call the cruise line direct and do not book it through them, you MUST go through the travel agent for assistance. SO BEWARE of who you use. Make sure that he/​she knows what she is doing.

We used Prestige to book a trip to Europe. Big mistake. We were booked on non-​refundable train tickets, and because our itinerary was unclear, it cost us $ 650 in fees to change the tickets! We paid for travel insurance that was useless, and many of the hotels we stayed in were sub-​par. Find another agency or do the work yourself — I was not impressed at all.

I stopped here to get tickets for Super Summer Theatre. The woman who helped me was very pleasant. The transaction was done in no time whatsoever and I was out the door. I am sure if I was there to plan a trip I would have received the same great service!
Parking is great because it’s in a plaza.
I will probably buy the tickets here in the future as it saved me a trip to the UNLV campus.
