John performed a fast, on site repair with little notice at an affordable price, without gouging me. Excellent service, I’d call him again if an issue arises.

John did a fantastic job!!! Fast, honest service right at my home. Not the least expensive (remember, you get what you pay for!!) but the BEST. Excellent customer service is hard to find in this town but this company has it!!! Call them… you will be very satisfied.

When I say John did an amazing job it is severely an understatement! He is so great that I am writing this review as he sits in my driveway. My window would not roll up completely and I could not figure what was wrong, he came by and within a minute he knew exactly what was wrong. He was polite, funny, and such a charmer I will 1000% recommend him to ANY ONE and EVERYONE who needs his services. I even gave him a tip, $ 20 and probably the first time I have ever given that much for any service. He is definitely a godsend, especially with the weather like it is in Vegas, you need your windows to work. Thanks to John this winter will be experienced from the comfort of my car while I am safely tucked away from it behind my now working drivers side window. I love him!!!

John just left my office and saved my day off and weekend! My window fell into my drivers side door when I parked this morning for work. He answered the phone at 7:13 AM!!! I couldn’t believe it. Was at my office lot by 11 and called me about 12 that he was done! Let’s hope it continues to work but so far he has been awesome!

I walked away feeling that I made a great decision by enlisting his help! He’s an excellent technician and he’s fairly-​priced.
He fixed the rear power window on my 92 Mercedes 500E and it now works beautifully. It took two visits but that’s only because it’s an old car and he needed to get an obscure part, which he did all in the same day.
I only wish he did more than power windows, because if he did, I’d bring my car to him for everything!!!

John did an excellent job on my VW Beetle driver side window!
I had it repaired last year at Charleston Auto Glass & Power window repair and they did a shitty job and took 7 Hours while I waited in there dirty little office, the while in California a month later it stopped working again and I had to drive home with my window down. I took it back and had to wait another 5 hours!
John came to my home, he’s very professional and got the repair done in just under an hour. He also gives a year warranty! Last place only gave a 90 day warranty. John told me the last place tried to just repair my old unit and just pieced it together! John installed a new unit and I paid the same price as the last place!
Hope I won’t need to use him again but I do have 3 other windows so you never know, but if I do I will definitely use John Tatlor!

Power Windows specializes in repairing the motor for your auto windows. Have you ever had your windows stop midway when opening them? Or possibly, they don’t open at all as you push the button a million times ?
You then take the car to the dealer where they charge an arm and a leg for what will likely be a replacement of the motor that controls the opening and closing of your windows.
I’ve used John Taylor two times now to replace the auto window motor on a Jeep and on a Camry. His price is 40−50% less than the dealer and he gets the job done at your house. He was timely in the appointments, and honest, straightforward guy (but be careful, he’ll talk your ear off — personally, I enjoyed the conversation .)
