Love going in to this location. Love the staff and the manager Barbara is awesome. Super creative and helpful at finding the right solution. They make us feel like family.

After window shopping online, we are looking to get our son a big boy bed, my husband and I took the drive across town to check the bedroom sets out in person.
This store was less then helpful. We stood in the store for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged us. The three associates were too busy hammering and drilling walls. There were quilts and sheets all over the floor and was a completely unorganiZed and chaotic. I would never give this store or company a penny of my money, nevertheless thousands. What a waste of gas and as afternoon.
Land of nod here we come!

I feel like I’ve been to this store more in the past couple of months than I have been at the supermarket all year, LOL. As we prepare for our baby boy, we’ve been in here more times than I can count, browsing for furniture, ordering nursery items, etc.
The customer service has been excellent here. I’ve worked directly with the manager to order all of our nursery furniture and she’s been helpful and sweet. She’s given us the new mover discount for all of our items, despite the fact that we’ve been ordering them all separately on different visits. The prices are steep but I think the quality well surpasses a lot of the stuff I’ve seen at Babies R Us and Target. With the toddler rail and full bed conversion kits, I think our son will be using some form of his crib until the day he moves out, LOL.
The selection of other items — bedding, toys, books, textiles like rugs and curtains, etc. — is great. I want to buy all of the things! But alas, I’d be broke.
With the Pottery Barn credit card you can earn $ 25 rewards for every $ 250 spent. When you’re furnishing a room those rewards can add up quickly! They can be used on any purchase, including sale items, and they arrive after the following month’s credit card statement. Obviously the interest is through the roof so we just put it on the card to earn rewards and pay it right off. But if you’re looking to finance the stuff, you can choose 0% for one year in lieu of the rewards.
One thing I can complain about is their «white glove delivery service». The delivery itself always goes off without a hitch, but calling the central delivery department is just annoying. The service isn’t great, the delivery times are always further out than I’d like, and they don’t even give you a time frame until the day before.
My other gripe is that a lot of merchandise seems to phase out or discontinue quickly (like bedding) or just frequently be on backorder. I’m a planner so I’ve gotten most of the stuff done early and haven’t had to worry about the time frames for availability. But, if you go in last minute, you might find that some of the furniture or even smaller items you’re interested in aren’t available for weeks or even months.
We’ve had a great experience so far and I love the products so I’ll continue to shop at PBK for this baby and any future kiddos.

Such cute baby and kid stuff. It is pricey but you get what you pay for. Unique designs, high quality and service. You can register here for your baby and get 10% off. They also usually have specials and will let you use online specials in the store. I bought some nursery bedding and plan to come back for some more unique nursery items.

This is for Pottery Barn Kids online. Horrible customer service. I ordered a monogrammed chair for my daughter for Christmas. First, they sent the chair with no monogram, then when they sent me out the correct order they failed to tell me it was on back order for a month!!! I had to call and try to find out where it was. Now her Christmas present is a month late. Thanks for nothing!!!

This store has such cute stuff for kids (it’s better than the adult store, Lol). I went in and the sales lady was very nice and courteous. The store was very tidy and clean. I loved all of the cute stuff (they seriously know how to make you shop). I highly recommend this store for some items for your child (ren), niece, nephew or any kid you are shopping for. I will definitely return here.

I love Pottery Barn. If I could do my whole house in PB, I would, but I save it for special things. For instance, I always buy my children’s bedding from here because they have the best designs (not tacky) and are great quality.
Recently, I re-​did my 7 year old’s room a Star Wars theme. I looked everywhere for cute Star Wars stuff, but PB won out so I jumped on it during their Veterans Day sale when it was 20% off. I called the store to see what they had and they were able to hold it for me for 4 days until I could get down there! Customer service can be iffy depending on who you get. I’ve once had a very rude, condescending lady when my children tried to get their free book after completing the summer reading challenge, but aside from her, everyone is usually nice.
My tip: if you’re working on a big project and need a lot of stuff, see what’s available in stores before you order online. The online shipping is by how much you spend, so I was able to buy most of my items in store and only purchased the items online that weren’t in stock in stores.

If you’re ever wondering how to turn your kids room into a magical place come here. Great kids décor and other misc. items. Love to walk in and browse at the wonderful linens, toys, books, room decorations and rugs for boys and girls rooms. Plenty of seasonal items too.
Right now, lots of adorable costumes and floor display items on sale. You can also find kids lamps, dressers, beds, cribs, bath items, bookshelves, dishes, lunch bento boxes and a few toys too.
The latest addition to the boys linens are the WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE. Star Wars, Super Hero’s and summer beach themes are also a hit. Check it out!

Love this store! They have a great selection of lunch box accessories and back packs as well as great beds and furniture for both boys and girls. You can find great unique birthday gifts for both girls and boys. The Catalog has even more selection than the store but I really like going into the store to get decorating inspiration for my girls rooms.
