Pointe North Dental

I’ve been coming here since I was in high school, ten years ago. The staff is so nice and engaging. I never wait long for a last minute appointment. Wait time in the office is almost non existent. Wouldn’t go to another dentist for care.

I’ve been going here for over 10 years and have always had the best hygienists, especially my current one, Teresa. She is always friendly and has a great attitude. Dr. Kim is always friendly as well and always gives me good advice on how to keep my pearly whites clean and healthy!

Is there a way to give less than 1 star? If there were, these guys would only get ½ a star!!!
Went into this office on ¹⁰⁄₂₈ to have a root canal done (before I left on vacation). Explained that I didn’t have insurance, but was eligible for insurance on ¹¹⁄₁. Asked if they could bill for services rendered on ¹⁰⁄₂₈ to my CareCredit account (to pay them in full) and the remainder on 11/​10, the date of my follow up visit.
They told me they could do that and proceeded to process the services and payment to my CareCredit card, and also took my insurance information (which I had available as a result of just signing up through my employer).
Yesterday, I received an EOB from my dental plan indicating that they billed the ENTIRE procedure on ¹⁰⁄₂₈ and none of the services will be covered under insurance. When I called the office, they said that they ordered all the services on ¹⁰⁄₂₈ and that’s how they’re getting billed. Now I’m on the hook for over $ 2000 worth of dental work that I could have had taken care of with insurance, but these greedy bastards want to get paid the full amount, versus what would’ve been negotiated from an insurance company.
This is clearly a bait and switch. They KNEW that I was willing to wait for services to be covered by my impending insurance coverage, but LIED to me and told me they would split the charges out knowing that they would not do it.
I will NEVER EVER EVER use this dentist again. Take a look around, Las Vegas. There’s a dentist office on every corner… I’m confident I can find one that will give me the care I need, as well as the customer service I expect.

Just like my friends, I live far away close to Henderson. I wouldn’t go anywhere as Dr. Kim is wonderful and the staff are great. I would recommend him highly!

Just left the dentist and got my teeth cleaned. Dr Kim is the greatest & he’s so cute. I let the office know I’m afraid of the dentist and they respected this and was great. I also got a root canal and Dr. Kim did the best job ever. Crystal was a great assistant with the doctor while doing my surgery. The front desk girl Tavia was so awesome with getting me in last minute. The check in process was great practically no wait at all. The financial process and payment options were convenient if I needed them. The check out was smooth and painless (lol) Michelle was great at helping me make my future appointments. I also have to say Nicole is the best hygienest in the office. Paige also was great at polishing my teeth after my cleaning. Hands down I will always come to this office as long as he’s in business! This office gets 5 ‘s!!!

Dr. Kim and Dr. Crystal are both really good orthodontists and hygienists. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

I give this dentistry 5 stars! From the moment I walked in for my dental cleaning appointment everyone was super nice and friendly! I recommend this place :) love it!

We have been going to Dr. Kim for years. The office staff is great, pleasant and accommodating… i have never had difficulty getting an appointment. Not only is Dr. Kim our dentist but he has also done my kids braces. He is a perfectionist! Need I say how my daughter’s teeth turned out? My son just started the process. He is the only dentist that I have gone to that was successfully able to numb my mouth so that my experience was painless! We love him!

I have been a patient of Pointe North Dental for years and every appointment has been on time and professional. Dr. Kim and his staff are fantastic!

Dr Kim and his staff are very good. They pay extra attention to detail and have a Wonderful chair side manner. The whole staff always goes out of their way to answer all of my questions and concerns. Dr Kim is great with kids as well. I look forward to my dental appts each time. It feels like catching up with old friends.
