Permanent Makeup Las Vegas By Theresa

After finishing the eyebrow process and having them for a couple of months– I am still thrilled every day with them. I save 5– 10 minutes getting ready in the morning– thats a lot of make up time actually! My eyebrows used to take longer than my whole face to do. They look wonderful. My boyfriend even compliments them occasionally out of the blue. They look so awesome. When I have no make up on– I look good and confident — and when I do my make up– I look totally perfect. Anyone struggling with eyebrows please go here. You will be so happy.

I just finished my 3D eyebrow sessions (3 total). I am so happy I found Theresa and wish I had gotten this done years ago.
I «used» to have very thin, light blonde eyebrows. Every single morning I would have to draw them in with my Bareminerals eyebrow pencil. It was the most time consuming piece of my morning, but I would never leave the house without my eyebrows done. Even on days I would go face makeup-​less; I would still do my eyebrows because I felt I looked awful (and 12) without them.
I had been researching permanent eyebrows for quite sometime, but I was always apprehensive. I finally went on Unilocal and started reading reviews. Theresa popped up under Axiom so I checked out her site. I was very impressed with the eyebrows she had done; so I pulled the trigger and scheduled a consult.
The first appointment focused on design. I likes the fact that however I drew them in was how they were going to look. It put me at ease that there would be no surprises. I am very picky on my eyebrows and like them a certain way. I have perfected drawing them in over the years; so I liked that she was going to make them look exactly how I wanted them — but Permanent!!! She used numbing gel before the actual process; which I was thankful for because my face is very sensitive. The tattoo part only took about 15 minutes and was not bad at all. I was only red for about an hour afterwards.
Session 2 she shaped them a bit more and made sure they measured evenly. Session 3 she perfected them and went a tad bit darker on the color.
All I can say is I love them. They look so natural.
It is so nice to wake up and go. So nice To go to the gym or to the lake and not be that girl who has to put on makeup. I am so excited about them.
Best $ 500.00 I have ever spent. Thanks Theresa — you rock!!!

I had my first appointment last week for my 3D Permanent Eyebrows and just WOW!
I over plucked throughout my teen years and had no shape with barely any hair left by the time I was 22. After reading reviews I decided to visit Theresa and just 7 days since my first appointment it is seriously life changing!
Theresa made sure that my application was painless and constantly checked to see if I was comfortable. The procedure itself didn’t take very long and I only experienced slight swelling. My aftercare has been a breeze and already it’s like I have a new face.
I can’t wait to go back for my next two appointments and I’m happy to say that I won’t be spending 30 minutes every morning drawing my eyebrows on anymore.
Theresa is simply the best and you get what you pay for!

Theresa is such an amazing artist! My eyebrows look natural and I’m soo glad I went to her to get them done.

I was hesitant about getting my brows tattooed on my face, but after reading the positive Unilocal reviews I decided to do it. Theresa was not helpful… at all… with helping me to achieve the perfect shape. She asked me to «draw on my eyebrows like I do every day». I then explained to her that I always do them wrong and am as far from a makeup artist as you can get.
She seemed to be annoyed with me that I did not know how to draw a perfect brow, perfect an arch, or that the brows were supposed to start at the tear duct.
After my session, I noticed that her «realistic brow strokes» were way too thick even after three weeks.
I ended up canceling my second appointment to avoid her messing up my brows and flew out to North Hollywood to a very popular permanent makeup studio that is far more professional and uses a micro-​pigmentation hair stroke method with a hand tool. I had the owner and master technician and my technician expertly draw on my brows like a celebrity make up artist.
I hope this helps everyone! The lash bar at Axion is great, I just wouldn’t recommend the permanent makeup.

Can’t express how happy I am with my 3D permanent eyebrows by Theresa! The ease of waking up knowing I have these beautiful babies in place is amazing!!! All 3 sessions total around $ 450. Well worth the price. I’ll be honest, she tries her best to make it as painless as possible, but yes ladies it still hurts. For those who have already been tattooed, it is more bearable. But first timers be cautious. And ladies follow thru with your appointments in a timely manner. All 3 sessions are a must! Enjoy! :)

Theresa is truly an artist! Had my eyebows tattooed by her, I was extremely happy with the results. At first I was very skeptical, I was nervous about getting mine done. I was worried that my eyebrows weren’t going to turn out how I wanted them to. Luckily, I was wrong! I was so happy about the way she tattooed my brows. They look so naturally, no one can tell that my eyebrows have been worked on. If anyone is looking to get thicker, nicer eyebrows, THERESEA Is the one to visit!

I had some thyroid issues and lost my once full eyebrows. That coupled with really bad wax jobs caused a permanent lopsided look to my face. I went to see if I was a good candidate for eyebrow permanent make up application. As I waited I heard a conversation between Teresa and another customer. She was honest and telling her that what she desired as far as design for her eyebrows would not look right with her face. I immediately knew I was in the right place. Teresa is blunt and honest and as harsh as that may seem while she works on you it’s your face and I came to appreciate it. My brows look Amazing now! Between brows and having my eyelashes done I do next to nothing to get ready in the morning. I get married this weekend and I know my brows will look perfect! Absolutely LOVE that I can wake up in the morning and be out-​the-​door beautiful in minutes, all thanks to Theresa!!! She is hands down the best permanent makeup artist in the Las Vegas valley and beyond. Believe me I know, as I researched for many hours and consulted with several other purported «professionals» before finally (thankfully) choosing Theresa Garcia.
During my initial consultation appointment (which was free) Theresa spent nearly an hour explaining the permanent makeup process, her carefully crafted, precision method (which she has honed over many, many years), the Made in USA water-​based inks she uses (as opposed to cheaper/​imported inks, which contain metals and can be damaging/​unsightly), her professional artist background, and how she utilizes color theory to match one’s own, unique coloring with the proper pigments required in order to bring about the desired finished effect.
Theresa explained how important it is to also take into account one’s own skin coloring, that rose pigment on a light-​skinned person will look completely different on a darker skinned person. Also «warm» complexions and «cool» complexions must be accounted for when mixing inks. (Theresa, by the way, is one of the few artists who mixes her own inks; most others use inks straight from the tube. A definite no-​no she says.)
Theresa is the original inventor of the «3d eyebrow,» which is the most natural-​looking – NOT the hideous tattooed eyebrows of the past. Theresa’s technique uses very soft, powder finish blending, with a few individual hair strokes for the most natural look – a look that only Theresa offers.
My own brows are naturally full, so I was unsure whether I would benefit from enhancement. But after seeing Theresa’s portfolio of work, I knew I was definitely «in»!!
Now that she has completed my brows, I don’t know how I ever lived without them! It’s true what they say, that your eyebrows frame your face, and even though I wasn’t lacking hair volume, it was Theresa’s expertly applied shaping and finishing that completed my amazing new look. All very natural, not harsh or overdone. But the difference is undeniable, very classy and polished (Thank You, Theresa!!).
Besides the amazing brow work, I had upper eyeliner and lower lash «enhancement,» which is a very thin «smudging» of color inside the lower lash line, so it doesn’t look harsh or overdone. My lips, too, were perfectly enhanced, and Theresa spent a great deal of time perfecting the actual agreed-​upon «shape» before beginning her work. (Theresa always draws on, or lets you draw on, and approve, any shape before actually beginning her work… this is after all your face, and she wants to be sure it’s done right, exactly the way YOU want it.) Theresa does a «natural-​blended lip line,» NOT yesterday’s too-​harsh line that you sometimes still see people wearing. She also offers a «full, blended lip» which means the color is carried over the full lip for a very natural finished look. (Great for women in their 50’s – like me – who have lost some lip color and definition over the years.)
Theresa is well-​known and highly regarded for the natural look she is famous for achieving. Theresa’s clients are always beautifully enhanced, but NEVER garish, harsh, or crazy-​looking.
Theresa uses only the highest, medical-​grade numbing cream, and gives it plenty of time to work before ever touching your face. This eliminates nearly 100% of any pain one might associate with permanent makeup application – if you have your work done by Theresa. Should you find yourself in another permanent makeup artist’s chair, beware!!! Many are not authorized to use this medical grade numbing cream, and indeed I have heard plenty of horror stories of other Vegas tattoo artists using little or no numbing cream at all! This is unacceptable in this day and age, and I would think twice before choosing an artist without the qualifications or concern for your comfort.
Under Theresa’s expert hand, your healing time is just 2 – 3 days, and there is never any scabbing or injury to your face. Theresa uses a fresh needle for each client and procedure, so there is ZERO worry of infection or contamination. Her prices are reasonable and her work is AWESOME! (HELPFUL TIP: Ask about the 3 procedure discount – lips, eyes and brows all done at once – saves you a bundle!)

I am so thankful for everything Theresa is done for me. At first I did my 3D eyebrows at Paradise permanent makeup that was so bad, please don’t go to this place. After they did horrible job I needed help. I found Theresa and she was nice and honest she removed Paradise makeup’s botched job .2 months later I had appointment with Theresa she did amazing job when I saw my eyebrows I cried, I was happiness girl in whole world. Couldn’t find better service. Theresa is such a perfectionist but of course with her crazy booked schedule she can’t accommodate all. I hate how booked in advance she is but there is NO ONE else in Las Vegas I would trust my face to.
She did all mu permanent makeup and she is a stickier to her schedule but I get it.
The best is aleays busy. If they aren’t, well look for someone else.
Theresa is funny, intellectual and teamed up with my plastic surgeon. I cannot think of a better option.
I still hate the booking system but so what.

Theresa Garcia is definitely the best permanent make up artist in Vegas! I am very happy with the work from her salon and her and her employees and their professionalism. I recommend all of my friends to her that want permanent makeup! I’ve seen her good work on so many people which helped me decide to go to her! I am definitely a loyal customer to her! :-)

AWFUL SERVICE! PLEASE READ!
I was hoping for beautiful natural eyebrows. I went to see Theresa Garcia for 3D permanent eyebrows and paid $ 395 for 3 sessions. My first session I had powder finish done, second was hair stroke. I tried to schedule my third session and was told I would be charged $ 199 for a touch up. I emailed her back.
«I never finished my 3d eyebrows. I only had the powder and 1 hair stroke appointment. Do I have to pay again? My service was never competed.»
She never responded, so I emailed her again.
«I only had two sessions for my 3D eyebrows. Will I be charged for this appointment? If so I’d like to cancel. Please let me know.»
She did not respond to none of my emails regarding this inquiry. I assumed she was charging me and my appointment had been cancelled. The day of the appointment she sends me an email saying.
«You have had 3 appointments. You no showed one of the appointments. Today will be $ 129 Thank You!»
She never responded prior to my appointment saying if she was honoring my 3 session, charging me or canceling my appointment. She simply did not respond at all, and now she want $ 129 more.
I emailed her back try to explain that I only had two sessions done. I told her if she didn’t want to honor the contract that’s fine, and I was contacting the BBB. I asked her to please do not contact me again. She emails me back accusing me of being a no-​shows multiple times, demanding free service, and slandering her. What?! This lady is trippin’! Why wasn’t I charged a no-​show fee multi time in the past? Because that was all BS. I called and cancelled my past appointment. Then she comes up with all these terms, conditions, and protocol. None of which she had been explained to me prior to all of this. Very shady!
I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED in her integrity as a business person. She did not fulfill her service agreement, she has poor communication, and is VERY unprofessional.
My eyebrows are faded out to pink and one side is darker than the other. I was tired of penciling them in and was hoping she could finish and correct them. Forget it, I’m going elsewhere.
The fact of the matter is, I paid Theresa Garcia. She did not complete her service that we agreed on. I’m out of money and she’s playing the victim. Plus she’s trying to get me to pay her $ 129 more. Am I in the wrong? Slander or truth? You decide…

Theresa did a fantastic job on my eyebrows, the color she custom blended is perfect and they look very natural. I have fair skin and super blonde hair (if I don’t pencil in my eyebrows they are invisible) and I have wanted to get permanent eyebrows for as long as I can remember but I was always afraid they wouldn’t look right. I am SO glad I found Theresa! She takes her time drawing the shape that you want as well as making professional suggestions. Theresa included the first visit as well as 3 touch up appointments to make sure I was totally happy with the result. It is so great being able to wake up in the morning and have the perfect eyebrows! I highly recommend Theresa!

Natural permanent makeup eyebrows was what I ordered. I was served that and more. Theresa over delivered.
I talked to many permanent makeup places and did several consultation appointments. it was my plastic surgeon who recommended Theresa and I finally went to her after many disappointing consultations.
Words can not express my satisfaction. My permanent makeup is beautiful.

After continuous research on which places to get my eyebrows tattooed, I was lucky enough to come across Axiom Las Vegas Spa. I had a consultation with Theresa. She did a phenomenal job on my eyebrows! The consultation was free and she thoroughly explained the process and procedure.
On the day of the procedure, Theresa made me feel extremely comfortable. Of course, I think it’d be normal to be nervous when your getting something tattooed on your face! Before the procedure, I was given a black liner and pencil to shape my eyebrow to stencil my desired shape. It took me around 10 minutes to finally have a set shape I thought would look good. Theresa then looked to see if on her professional opinion was something that she would agree upon doing. I definitely appreciated the fact that she gave me some input on what looked good and what didn’t. She’s been doing this for years! I had no doubt in my mind that she would give me some valuable shaping tips!
When we agreed upon the shape of my eyebrows we decide on what color was best suited for the most natural affect (natural is better!). Then prep and procedure began. The pain wasn’t as bad as I presumed (thank goodness for numbing cream) & the procedure took only about 10 minutes. I was very pleased with the results! The shape was perfect and looked so natural! Keep in mind it is a tattoo, so there was some swelling and redness. She also gave me some organic ointment to put on to help the healing. Although I do love organic things, I felt that it made me breakout. So I just stuck to A&D ointment the next couple of treatments.
I returned for three more touch-​ups there after and I am so happy I got them done! Now I can wake up everyday with perfect eyebrows and I don’t even need one ounce of makeup to shape my eyebrows! I am going to go back to Theresa to discuss doing some permanent makeup on my lips. Definitely get a consultation, you won’t regret it!
