I was so pleasantly surprised that Paul himself checked my car out and was honest and informative in diagnosing what was wrong — I dont know anything about cars! I needed a brake light fixed too and he did in right then and there (2 min). No pressure tactics or adding random charges. Seems like a great place, gets work done fast, and takes the time to explain things.

I took my car in because my brakes where making noises. What I liked about this shop more than other shops they actually showed me what was wrong with it so I knew I wasn’t getting ripped off. They changed them quick for me.
Good prices. Great all around staff. I Recommend this shop for an honest job done.

brought my car in for an alignment after hitting a pothole. they showed me the bent control rod from the right to the left comparison. overall they did a great job for the price I paid. will come back again. also recommend them to anyone.

have a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel. I was in Vegas for Bowl EXPO 2013 and a certification from IBPSIA. After my third day there the AC in my Jeep stopped working. I checked the compressor and it was engaging but no AC. In June Vegas is very hot. I drove down from the Seattle area so the difference was incredible.
I checked with the local dealerships and just to perform an evaluation was going to be between $ 75 and $ 125 depending upon which dealership I spoke with. And I was told the repair could exceed $ 1800 on the high side.
I did a search through Unilocal and found Paul’s. I called and spoke to the John’s assistant. I spoke to John and he said an evaluation would be $ 20. Since the car is out of the extended warranty so going to Paul’s seemed like a good alternative. They have extremely high marks from all the web site reporting sites so I felt safe in my decision.
Within a few hours after taking the car there I had the news about the necessary fix. Just to be on the safe side they recharged the AC and the system was working fine. However, the condenser was leaking and would most likely fail within a short time. I ask how much it would cost and how long it would take. They estimated a cost of $ 700 and would have it ready the next day.
Well the total cost came to $ 698 and it was ready by 10AM the next day! John showed me the faulty part. I’ve very rarely gone to a repair shop with that kind of integrity. As an out-​of-​towner I figured my wallet was fair game. With Paul’s I could not have been more wrong.
I would not hesitate to recommend Paul’s Automotive Repair to anyone! In fact I’m thinking of making a pilgrimage to Vegas just to have them service my Jeep!

Stopped by here on a recommendation from a nearby Auto Zone. While on a road trip our check engine light came on and we needed to get it checked out asap. I pulled up and met John who was most helpful. He stopped what he was doing and helped check out of car on the spot. He was able to help us troubleshoot and was able to get us back on the road really quickly. He even didn’t mind letting us get out own parts in order to get us back on the road and thus our trip quicker.
I would totally recommend this place and commend John for his super helpful service.
